Feature Suggestion
Need to fix the issue that user couldn't close the alerts such as maintenance/warranty expired by themselves. Besides, some sold cars alerts will still stay there and can't close them.

App is decent but I have 18 Ferraris and when I try to start one it’s starts another one of them and my neighborhood “Beverly hills” keeps complaining about the cars starting up randomly. My Bugatti or Lamborghinis don’t do this it’s really a struggle to have this many cars I just hope Ferrari can fix this for me. Thanks

My cars production pictures disappeared 🤌
The app is ok, renews warranty uploaded docs, still shows as not done even after a few months. Yesterday I checked app after updated version and my cars production photos disappeared… that’s not cool because I loved those photos. Please fix, I see many threads on ferrarichat and Reddit with other customers who say the same and are unhappy

Very useful
I’ve found the app to the be very useful both in terms of keeping an eye on the car’s vitals (especially the hybrid battery on my 296) and also from a fun aspect of seeing photos of the car in production.
I’ve not yet tried the Stories functionality but just browsing through it, it looks fun.

The app is really poorly designed and does not really do anything. Worse than that every update seems to lead to really basic problems such as not showing service and next inspection date details correctly.
Honestly speaking Ferrari are so far behind so many others when it comes to software design and quality. It’s really disappointing and appears like they have no quality control over their software.

Great app for Ferrari clients
You can view your whole collection in one place, monitor the health of the battery on newer cars like the 296, and much more. Overall great experience.
Disappointed with app
From all the luxury brands I am disappointed with what the app shows on the web and actually does 296gts. I would think using app for gps coordination or simple lock and unlock would be available. However these simple features are nonexistent.
It’s safer faster easier for those that drive cars to enjoy would have those basic features?

MyFerrari App just got even better
We all do it. We wait for the perfect car to show up…and then the day finally arrives that we get to take it home. Dream come true? Absolutely. But what about the service after the sale? Much of that….begins right here in the app and Ferrari has done an excellent job allowing photos of your car when it was built and you can even place your own photos of the car as you use it (just to show your friends). It has all the information you would expect and even more. It’s easy to use and even easier to fall in love with. Thanks Ferrari!
