Doesn’t work!!
I can log in if I get a notification through email, but the app is completely useless!!! Come on, this shouldn’t be so hard?!? All the reviews are begging you to fix this.

I don’t know if it is some how something I selected but the app is very difficult to read the topics are in English but once I select a topic the information is in Spanish so I do not understand any of my plan details
Worst App in the entire world
This app is a complete waste of time and effort. It’s a bunch of aimless nonsense. May God have mercy on the IT team who gave birth to this abortion of technology.
Useless
Seems like people keep telling you how bad your app is and you keep ignoring them. What a garbage app, blocks any attempt to contact customer service (that in itself is a joke because I do t see any customers getting service?)
If you’re gonna pretend to give a crap about my health at least pretend professionally like most other “health care” providers. Otherwise don’t bother offering an app?

Great App
This app is so wonderful I am so blessed to be a member of Florida Health care plans they care about my experience as a member so much, and that is why they built this wonderful app.
Awful
The old app used to be so user friendly and you could access all of your labs and what not. Not anymore. It’s completely useless.

I am fhcp member, it couldn’t allow me to login.

This app really stinks. The old FHC app was great but I hate this one. Trying to find providers and it brings up a list from a-d and that's it. Then you have to go back and start all over again. Very frustrating.
Lower than a one star
Incredibly disastrous remake of the FHCP website.
Previously, you could use the app to reorder your prescriptions or see the details of your prescriptions and claims. No longer! Now this app simply tells you details about FHCP’s without allowing for the needs of subscribers.
Either HealthTrio (developer of the revised website) has no idea of the past functionality or FHCP IT department has no idea not care about how to have a connect with this healthcare’s subscribers.
Even worse, there has been zero communications from PR, Marketing, or Executive leadership to the subscribers to let people know the plans, timetable, or how to access their needed medications..
A colossal FUBAR!

Unable to access
Ever since the update, User name and password are invalid. Requested email to check user name and no email was received. Major disappointment as this was my main source for accessing prescription refills, claim information and documents. Boo FHCP. Please fix this.
Another botched update
Every time they make a major update the app gets messed up. Can’t even log in with my credentials that I have been using for years and never changed. All of a sudden they’re invalid. Why even bother

Nothing will load
Any time o try to search for any physicians, locations, anything I ALWAYS get an error message. Pretty frustrating.
Insurance card feature
"database error" occurs every time I try to access my insurance card on the IPhone app. Since this is one of the main reasons I downloaded the app, not sure how useful the app is. Also, the app won't load my benefits info. How stupid can this be! Useless!
Prescriptions
Would be nice to be able to manage family members on the plan and to reorder prescriptions.
A great way to look at details
The details from visits that would not have been accessible before can now be seen using this app. Patient cost and "true cost" of: tests, medicine, materials, etc are now in plain view. The thing that I wanted from the app was a results tracker because I'd like to know what my checkup results are to improve them since getting that information out of the nurses is like pulling teeth. Some people are given an itemized list of vitamin levels from doctors, yet I have to call repeatedly to hear my results. That is why this app is 4 stars for me. It's informative, but the information shared is only costs, not useful members results.
