This new app doesn’t work: messages sent do not appear, nobody answer them anyway.. monthly statements are nowhere to be found and my certificate of deposit shows one year and 0$ on it… even though. Have a few 1000 in it for 3 years.
App Does NOT Work AT ALL
I was forced to download this app to be able to access my online banking. It was supposed to be “easier”, but nothing in the app works. It made me change all of my login info only to get stopped at the “Set up my Security” section. I’ve tried to sign in on their website and I get told my “username has been blocked”.
Also, you have to love that you can’t log in with your username and password. You have to use all of your correct info only to then have to wait for a OTP…….through WhatsApp. I can’t wait until nobody can get their OTP because WhatsApp is down.
Whoever made this app did not think about ease of use, or anything that actually helps the customers. Next time please hire someone that actually understands what they’re doing, and actually has to use the product before you force everyone to use it.
