とにかく電話がかからない、デバイスがオフラインなのにさも普通に呼び出しているような呼び出し音…
いよいよ買い替えないとダメだ。様々な機能追加のせいで3GB容量が必要だって。使えてたSIMが使えなくなった。途中で変えないで欲しい。今までの機能だけで十分。通知が鳴ってもメッセージは見られない。なかなか更新されないし既読表示ないから心配になる。通話はかけても呼び出しがならない。見守りなのに逆に不安になるツール。
早急に前のアプリとファームウェアを復活させてください。サークル機能などは不要です。このアプリになってから、スマホとウォッチ両方共に相手のチャットが表示されなくなりました。履歴を押したりして時々通知が来るくらい。横に並べて通話をかけてもうんともすんとも言いません。
子供と親の安全のためのチャットと通話が目当ての主な機能なのにそれができないなんて。

単なる遊び用ならいいですが、連絡用としては全くおすすめできません。
突然通話ができなくなったにも関わらず、スマホ側からは呼び出し音が鳴っているような挙動をするので、まさかスマートウォッチ側では着信音すら鳴っていないとは気づかないような仕様です。アップデートしたり、双方から電話をかけてみたりを繰り返すと、なおることが多いです。通話が見込まれる日は事前のテストが欠かせません。
メッセージも特定のグループチャットだけ新着メッセージが全く反映されないなど、不思議な挙動があります。
専用の充電ケーブルは突然充電できなくなることがあるので、予備2、3本持っておかないと急に困ります。また、充電は1日ギリギリもちますが、購入当初から電池の減りがとても早いです。
サポートは回答が遅く、しかもピントのズレた回答が多く、とにかく残念です。

다른 리뷰들에서 전화연결이 잘 안된다는 후기에 비해, 전화 연결은 늘 잘되었습니다. 위치정보는 착용기준인건지 한번씩 이전 위치에서 업데이트가 안되긴하지만.. 전화가 잘 되고있어서 여러가지 미디어 등을 제한하고 급할 때 아이랑 연락하고자 하는 목적에는 비교적 잘 부합해 만족하며 쓰고있습니다^^

핸드폰 사주기 싫어서 우들워치폰이랑 고민하다 그게 품절이라 이거 샀는데 연결도 잘 안되고 통화도 잘 안되고 진짜 열받는 기계입니다 요즘 시대에 뒤떨어지는 속도와 앱입니다..샀으니

Almost pointless
While I was able to get the two devices I recently purchased set up and working (despite the set-up information online not being accurate to the set-up experience upon unboxing), I've been unable to set up contacts for my kids. Nothing seems to work in this regard, and for that reason, the app becomes almost pointless 😔. Most likely going to return and look elsewhere.

Great product
The watch work but got some few glitch, the emergency button was placed on the side which can be accidently press when bending the wrist which my son accidentally call the emergency line. The battery report thru my app is inconsistent as it said there is 84% battery but the watch actually have less than 5%. The network signal is kind of weak for video calling out and about. The service fee was reasonable but I wish there are other service provider that would provide better speeds. The battery consistently lasted for the days and the limited app which is good for the battery. Location seem to be reasonable as well and within 10 feet, still definitely need to keep an eye on the little when out on the mall. Overall, there is still improvement to be made to earn that fifth star but since it's so affordable especially for a toddler, I would bump it up half a star. Worth every penny.

Love the watch!
My daughter loves this watch I had gotten for so it would give me peace of my mind knowing her location and happy that she could call or text me if anything but for some reason the call feature doesn't work for me I have tried calling withing the app and I just get an error however though everything else works fine. I am able to text her and she can respond with voicenotes. She loves to listen to the music and get rewarded for her steps. Pretty cool that you can change the background as well.she loves it.

It gives me peace of mind knowing where he is, especially when he’s at school or playing outside with friends. The watch itself feels sturdy and comfortable, and the battery lasts long enough to get through the day. It’s simple enough for him to use on his own but has all the safety features I was looking for. Only downside that I felt is that my son can't type his texts to me, there's only a voice text option or emojis. Other than that, it's definitely worth it for parents who want to stay connected and keep their kids safe without giving them a full phone yet.

This app is an okay app. I like that you can message and contact your child from the app. I like that I can manage who my child can contact and interact with through the app.
Peace of Mind for Me, Fun for My Daughter
I got this watch for my daughter because I didn’t want her to have a phone yet, but I still needed a way to stay in touch with her. It does the job really well. The calls are clear, and I like being able to check her location. The camera works nicely for video calls and even takes pretty good pictures. Setting up the GPS took me a little time, but now it works fine. Battery life isn’t the best with GPS always on, but since we charge it every night, it hasn’t been a big problem. My daughter loves the fun features like the step counter and taking silly selfies. The strap is soft, comfortable, and she wears it all day without complaints. Honestly, it gives me peace of mind, and she feels so grown-up having it. She even tells everyone that they should get the same watch, which I find cute. Parents try this you will get a little relief

진짜 최악이에요
갑자기 멋데로 로그아웃 되고, 로그인 안되서 전화 말고는 쓸 수가 없네요. 카카오 워치가 10만원 정도였는데 가격은 3배인데 통신 서비스가 말도 안되게 질이 떨어지네요
Great app for staying connected
I have been using this app and it is super easy to use. It helps me keep in touch with my kid without any hassle. The design is clean and everything feels smooth. I love how private and feels safe too. Worth trying it.

So far so good my daughter enjoys it like the fitness tracker very simple to use will definitely recommend to other people. Not super bulky and it’s stylish.

앱 자체가 에러가 너무 많고 사용하기 불편해요. 비밀번호 찾으려고 들어가도 안되고 정말 이 워치 산거를 후회합니다.
로그인 문제 오류
도대체 고객센터도 찾을 수가 없고, 계정은 로그인이 안되고, 비밀번호 재설정도 안되고 어떻게 하라는건가요.
Smartwatch with gps
I got the MyFirst Fone R2 Watch for my daughter, is a smartwatch for kids. There are no games just basic calls and texts, which I as a parent I like. My daughter doesn’t have a phone or any other way to reach her, so this and the GPS feature is the real highlight. It lets me keep track of her. It was to easy to use for her. Another thing I appreciate is the control over contacts, anyone who wants to get in touch with her has to use the companion app, so I can decide exactly who she can communicate with, which is another peace of mind. Doesn’t have a ton of features for kids, but for parents looking for safety, easy communication, and location tracking, it does the job well. I don’t like to pay for a subscription.
