Great App!
Works well with my child’s First Fone R2 Watch. All of the settings needed are in it and it allows me to track my kid so I’m worry free.

We like it!
Our favorite thing about this watch is our ability to communicate right off at the bus. I get a message from my child every day, and l've been able to preset her texts. I know what she can and cannot say to others. The setup on this watch was a bit cumbersome or I would have given 5 stars. We've been liking the service, and hopefully that will continue.

Crappy watch and useless app
The app doesn’t work most of the times. The watch started falling apart in 6 months. Poor build quality.
Wanted to love it, can’t stand it
My child is asking for an Apple Watch (or phone) and I thought this would be a better first step. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had a difficult time setting it up and I spent a record amount of time chatting with online support - 4.5 hours! - to get it going. I’m in Singapore. This is a Singapore company. Can we please speak on the phone? This wasn’t possible i was told. Like another reviewer said, just two months later the charger stopped working rendering watch unusable. Again I reach out. Days pass. They ask for a photo, which i sent. More days pass. Frustration grows. Verdict: The product looks great. The idea is wonderful. It simply isn’t made well. And the customer support is pitiful. I wish I had just gone with Apple because at least if something goes wrong, someone is there to help.

Terrible
I had such high hopes for this. I have put my phone sim in, which I know works well, and I have brilliant work at home. It doesn’t track location (it did once telling me the phone was in the ocean near Africa - were in the UK!) and whilst it shows that calls are being attempted it doesn’t actually connect. Terrible watch, If I’d have brought anywhere other than Dubai airport I’d take it back. Absolute waste of money!

Zero onboarding, poor user experience
What a pity there is no clear instructions, onboarding or FAQs on how this watch works. This product has so much potential and meets an underserved need but it’s missing critical elements for an acceptable customer experience.
Improvement
Needs more improvement to give accurate locations and making voice and video calls faster. Both of them are not working with me. Locations keep giving different points during less than 10 mins.

Lots not working
Constant alerts that watch is removed when it’s not, video calls not working, messages disappear (no history), calls breaking/interrupted audio... GPS shows incorrect areas visited.

Sono molto dispiaciuto A scrivere questa recensione , ma devo purtroppo essere scontento, in quanto tu o dopo una settimana l’orologio e andato in tilt, e non c’è stato modo per resettarlo, cioè ripristinare il tutto alle impostazioni di fabbrica.
Chiesto aiuto alla ditta in oggetto, ho avuto solo risposta di questo tipo “verrà contattato da noi nelle prossime 72 ore😂😂
Ho mandato più solletici ma tutti sembra andato a vuoto.
Preciso che ne ho acquistati 2 . E praticamente anche l’altro a problemi per la memorizzazione della rubrica..
Qualcuno di voi sa per caso come resettare il tutto è riportarlo alle impostazioni di default,cioè di fabbrica??
Praticamente io non riesco a far più visualizzare il codice a barre che esce all’inizio.!! Grazie per un riscontro

Great device and app idea but....
Bought this to track my child when we went overseas. It’s really good except the app is buggy and response to feedback is a little slow.
continuously crashing
After an encouraging start, the app keep on crushing using the latest iOS iPhone version. Not fully reliable , it’s a pity. I bought 2 watches, thinking they were the most affordable on the market...

Camera not working
I bought it for my daughter. Out of box the camera app will not work. It is giving error k8ccmera app failed. The app on iPhone has lot of bugs. I sent them msg on Facebook no reply.
Worked well for a while, but app now crashes
We’ve had this phone for a long while now and it was working perfectly for that time but recently whenever we try to locate the phone the app crashes in the processes of looking for the watch Phone. There doesn’t seem to be any fixed for this
