Horrible App
This is an absolutely horrible app. It’s not user friendly at all. It has a very amateur look and feel. It make the entire HSA process a horrible experience. Other apps I’ve used are much better for the end user.

App does not interact. Logs out after 1 minute.

Good program, decent app
The program is great, I haven’t had any trouble over 2 years in it. Using the HSA card is easy, and doing reimbursements for non card transactions is much simpler than in the plan I was in before MyFlexSpend
Worst Flex Spending Company Ever!!!
This is the worse flex company I have ever encountered. For the past 20yrs we have had a flex account renewed each year and have never experienced these types of problems. Every transaction is questioned, receipts rejected with the flex company placing our account on hold, blocking more transactions than they approve. To make matters worse, because it’s through our company’s insurance plan, I can’t even cancel the account I’m stuck dealing with these people. If you are reading this and you are trying to decide on what flex plan or company to use DO NOT SELECT MY FLEX SPEND!!!!!
