Slow/not easy to use/

This app is terrible, you are easily logged out, if you answer a question wrong, you will need to call, reset your password, and reset every question. You can’t do anything thru the app. It all needs to be done via the webpage. Takes forever for them to review claims and deny or accept. Customer service is terrible. The app takes forever to load and if you have to answer a call or look at another app, it will log you out. If I have to use my HSA or FSA with them, I won’t bother opening it. This company is so frustrating that I rather pay taxes than use this piece of junk and that is coming from someone who hates taxes
