Absolutely hate this app/FSA account provider. It’s extremely frustrating that you can’t send a message to follow up with a question regarding a rejected receipt or additional info.

Genuinely terrible

Just use your direct FSA card because trying to file a claim for credit card reimbursement is actually disgusting. Had a receipt and letter of medical necessity for a Garmin watch and these guys took over a month and a half, continuously saying in the app id be refunded on whatever date, then that date comes and it gets pushed back another week. Called three times and the workers can only file claims or open tickets for you, you can’t actually speak with anyone to process a claim or discuss problems to be reimbursed. Company is a joke and doesn’t care in the slightest - they’ll take months just to deny your claim.

It feels this app was generated 10 years ago..,no updates to processes, locks out of the app when switching back to review receipts or contact information.

Huge unnecessary hurdles. Banks are easier to access. You have way too many things causing too much friction to execute.
