Could be good... maybe

Good concept, but needs a lot of work. Tried to check in and most of my symptoms aren't even there, and there's no custom field option to enter your own symptoms. Deleted straight after this as it obviously wouldn't work for me.

App doesn’t work anymore.

I tried to create an account but it just kept saying failed, but didn’t say why.
Quite disappointed as there’s not a lot of apps for FND :(

Save progress button error

I just tried to do an e-check-in but could not save my entry. When I was trying to add symptoms it opened up another e-check in page. I began again but when I hit the save button nothing happened. It appears it would not save. I hit the back button and realized then that it had opened the second e-checkin. Once I was back on the original e-check in page the add symptoms button said progress saved instead of actually allowing me to add symptoms. It seems that these buttons functions have been reversed or something. I find it amusing that the buttons aren’t functional. lol just like how I feel sometimes. Anyhow, I do hope this gets resolved soon as these apps can be really beneficial to us that struggle with FND.

Can’t stay logged in.

This would be useful for me but I’m never going to use a thing that requires me to sign in EVERY single time I open the app.

Bugs, need fixes.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that you may need someone to fix a bug on the app. It keeps defaulting to a different date when logging symptoms/checkins. I logged three times and it changed the date every time. So if you could please contact the developers and tech team to fix it that would be great! Also why do we have to log in every single time? Can it remember the password so you don’t have to log in?

Can’t use it!!

Set it up went to log in and it won’t let me I’ve tried to change the password and it still won’t let me log in!!

Not working properly

The app is a great idea. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work properly as when I press + add symptoms it ‘saves the progress but doesn’t let me add symptom details. Disappointing.

Needs more but good start

The app itself is great concept wise, as someone with fnd its really great to see things be developed for us. I love the combination of tracking symptoms and mindfulness strategies. Unfortunately EVERYTIME i want to use the app i have to login and i feel that its very simplistic and basic at the moment and could benefit from more sections such as - current fnd research, fnd surveys, fnd data collection, neurologist suggestions etc

Helpful but one issue

The app itself is helpful but it’s annoying that I have to keep logging in every time I open the app I’d really like if it just logged you in automatically unless you’re signed out. Overall the app is helpful just one small issue

Staying logged in option

Would be fantastic if there was an option to stay logged in versus having to sign in each time. The charting is helpful… but a bit awkward to read. Overall a solid app. Hope it can continue to be updated over time.

I wish that you’d make the log in easier- have a “remember password” or at least have the login email saved and we just have to put in our password. It’s already challenging to do extra things, especially when you are needing support, which is when one comes to this app. So when one is exhausted and needing to type in or remember your login info, then it’s easier to not go through that trouble & not use it; which defeats the purpose of downloading this app.

Awesome & Helpful

This is so great! Exceeds my expectations with resources and coping skills to guide your daily check-ins.. Maybe add a optional reminder function for the check-ins? Looking forward to seeing this app grow. I feel heard and seen

Update

Thank you for the quick response! I saw that the password reset was added and I was able to log back in and all of my previous info was still there!
It’s more difficult to work than the previous version but I’ll get used to it I guess.
I really appreciate that there is an app like this for people with FND.

Response from developer

Hello FND Warrior! There is a password recovery link on the login page. Perhaps you could try that with your email address? Or feel free to email hello@myfnd.co.uk and we will help you restore your account 🙂

Fantastic idea

I would love to use this app as I have recently been diagnosed with FND. However, I am visually impaired and am unable to read a lot of the writing. Other than this I believe it would be a fantastic app.

Great.

This is a great idea to help people understand and to cope.. being an FND person. I think this should be available everywhere as there a lot of cases in the USA aswell..
