We’ve been doing business with FPCU for a year. It’s been an easy company to work with. The personnel at the branch we bank on Lapeer in Davison are always pleasant and helpful. The app is easy to maneuver. Up to now I’ve had no problems moving through it.
App not working
The app says that it needs to be updated. Click on it to be updated, but it just says open, which means it already was updated but it’s not working.
Balance update with each transaction
This is the only bank app I have that doesn’t show you a balance with each transaction. My USAA, Community Choice, and GreenState all show the balance after each transaction. Not happy with the app at all and will most likely keep the other account I was going to close due to the app. I can’t handle something so simple not being on there

I’ve been with FPCU for over 20 years. I wouldn’t choose another. They guard my spending and have protected me from fraud numerous times. The app is intuitive.
Great credit union and I plan to stay with them forever
I use the app on a weekly basis and I’ve never had an issue and find it very useful and easy to use. The bank has great rates and very helpful

Inoperable on iPad
This app used to function properly on my iPad. For several months it has not functioned at all even with app updates. I cannot access my account which is very inconvenient. A window pops up “Service unavailable at this time’ when I attempt to log in in any of the formats. Calling the credit union did not help. Please repair this app to function properly on iPad.

Debit card issues
Someone was supposed to fix my debit card to where I can unlock it and make transactions instead of that taking place. My debit card was blocked and no one fixed. The issue. Makes me wanna find another bank

Errors
Still cannot use this app from my iPhone. I can from my iPad. Totally frustrating since I have used this app for years! It sounds like my iPhone needs Apple to update to a new ISO version but I have no control over when Apple will do that. Seems like when a new version of Financial Plus goes in they would make sure the previous version still works.
