It’s okay
App is good if you report shopping carts and graffiti. sucks at getting things done about pot holes and overnight or illegal parking. Now I get notifications to “read notifications” and there isn’t a notifications tab in their app menu. I also keep getting notifications that pics uploaded “failed to upload,” so I’m assuming there’s no proof of the problem I’m reporting about. I should be able to report anonymously as well, since I live in a neighborhood with gang activity on the down low and wanna beez being a nuisance that will retaliate under the police radar.

Hard to use
This app takes too many steps and requires too much input. A photo and email should be sufficient. Had to enter address manually.
