# End User License Agreement (EULA) for MyGear Inventory **Last Updated: June 26, 2026** This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and MyGear Inventory ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of the MyGear Inventory mobile application (the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. ## 1. Age Requirement By creating an account and utilizing the social or community features of the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 16, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account or posting user-generated content. ## 2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Guidelines The Application allows users to post text, comments, replies, and gear inventory details ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree that you will NOT post, upload, or share any content that: * Is offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory. * Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence. * Contains sexually explicit content or profanity. * Infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. * Consists of unauthorized advertising, spam, or scams. ## 3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Abusive Behavior To ensure a safe environment for the music community, the Application enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. * **Reporting**: Users can report any content or profile that violates these guidelines using the in-app reporting tools. * **Blocking**: Users can block any other user to instantly hide their content from view. * **Moderation**: We reserve the right to review flagged content, remove violating text or media, and permanently ban user accounts without prior notice. Action on reported content will be taken within 24 hours of notification. ## 4. Account Deletion Users have the right to delete their accounts and content at any time. You can initiate permanent account deletion directly through the in-app settings menu. Upon deletion, your personal account details and your posted content will be removed from our active databases. ## 5. Limitation of Liability The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible or liable for any content posted by users, or for any damage, loss, or disputes that arise from your interactions with other users. ## 6.
