About

Your band's gear. Finally under control. StashTracker Pro is the free equipment management app built specifically for bands and musicians. Log every piece of gear your band owns, know exactly where it is, and never argue about who has what again. — TRACK EVERYTHING — Add any piece of equipment with a photo, barcode, serial number, owner, and location. Search instantly across your entire inventory by name, barcode, or serial number. — KNOW WHERE IT IS — Assign gear to locations — rehearsal space, storage, someone's house, the venue. See your full inventory grouped by location at a glance. — BARCODE SCANNING & LABEL PRINTING — Scan barcodes to find items instantly. Print professional barcode labels directly to your Brother label printer so every piece of gear is always identifiable. — OWNERSHIP THAT MAKES SENSE — Gear belongs to people, not just bands. Track who owns what, submit ownership claims, and let admins keep everything accurate. A full audit trail shows every change, move, and handover — timestamped and attributed. — BUILT FOR BANDS — Multiple members, multiple roles. Admins approve new gear and location changes. Members can suggest changes and claim ownership. Everyone stays on the same page without stepping on each other. — MULTI-BAND SUPPORT — In more than one band? Switch between them instantly. Each band has its own inventory, members, and locations. — CONTAINERS & FLIGHT CASES — Group gear inside flight cases, bags, or racks. Move the container and everything inside moves with it. — PRIVATE & SECURE — Your data is stored securely in Europe (AWS Ireland). We never sell your data, never show ads, and never will. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. StashTracker Pro is free. No subscription, no hidden fees.

Loadout Builder, rebuilt Building a gig loadout is faster and easier to read. Every location selector now sits together at the top, item rows are compact with swipe-to-delete, and each location carries its own packed/total count and status pill — so you can see what's done without expanding anything. Your own card stays outlined while you're packing and turns green when you're finished. So does everyone else's; previously only your own section changed. And any location can now be handed to another band member or to external crew, not just shared ones. Kits — your own reusable gear sets Save a named set of gear you always bring, then drop it into any gig in one tap. Kits are personal: yours alone, invisible to the rest of the band, and they follow you across every band you're in. Kits are templates. Adding one to a gig copies the items into that loadout, so editing or deleting a kit later never disturbs a gig you've already packed. Tap ADD KIT while building a loadout, or manage them under Profile > My Kits. Drop-off, done properly Drop-off is for gear that doesn't come home with you after the show — the amp that stays at the rehearsal room, the case that lives at the venue. Give any packed item a drop-off location and it now appears straight away, before the gig, instead of only turning up afterwards. Check items off as you drop them and they collapse into a "Dropped off" group showing where each one ended up. Unpack something and it leaves the drop-off list; pack it again and it returns to the location you'd already chosen. New PACK LIST and DROP OFF LIST headers keep the two jobs clearly apart. Also in this release Three new themes — Trooper, Fear and Frontier. A new splash screen. Faster gear and location lists with a smoother expand animation, plus a long list of smaller layout and reliability fixes.
