Your band's gear. Finally under control. StashTracker Pro is the free equipment management app built specifically for bands and musicians. Log every piece of gear your band owns, know exactly where it is, and never argue about who has what again. — TRACK EVERYTHING — Add any piece of equipment with a photo, barcode, serial number, owner, and location. Search instantly across your entire inventory by name, barcode, or serial number. — KNOW WHERE IT IS — Assign gear to locations — rehearsal space, storage, someone's house, the venue. See your full inventory grouped by location at a glance. — BARCODE SCANNING & LABEL PRINTING — Scan barcodes to find items instantly. Print professional barcode labels directly to your Brother label printer so every piece of gear is always identifiable. — OWNERSHIP THAT MAKES SENSE — Gear belongs to people, not just bands. Track who owns what, submit ownership claims, and let admins keep everything accurate. A full audit trail shows every change, move, and handover — timestamped and attributed. — BUILT FOR BANDS — Multiple members, multiple roles. Admins approve new gear and location changes. Members can suggest changes and claim ownership. Everyone stays on the same page without stepping on each other. — MULTI-BAND SUPPORT — In more than one band? Switch between them instantly. Each band has its own inventory, members, and locations. — CONTAINERS & FLIGHT CASES — Group gear inside flight cases, bags, or racks. Move the container and everything inside moves with it. — PRIVATE & SECURE — Your data is stored securely in Europe (AWS Ireland). We never sell your data, never show ads, and never will. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. StashTracker Pro is free. No subscription, no hidden fees.
