My gear vault not working
After upgrading to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, this app no longer worked tried resetting password and now the app doesn’t work on the iPad or my secondary iPhone 13 cannot get in contact with anybody for help
I want to love this app - But…
… the app is lacking in flexibility and working across multiple devices without a lot of extra work. It hasn’t been updated in over three years and attempts to contact the developer have gone unanswered. I believe they have abandoned the app and what we have is all we’re going to get. Very disappointing. It’s now asking for login but won’t accept a the info and when you try to reset the password and hit submit you get a message “We're sorry, but something went wrong.” Lack of support is giving Jared Polin a black eye.

So it’s time to look back at some receipts. But they are so heavily compressed they aren’t readable.

Cannot access any of my items
Recently updated to a new phone and downloaded the app, now it is requiring a login and won’t take any of my information so now I can’t see any of my gear that is in this app.
App dose not load
Downloaded the app and will not work with my iPhone would love to have a app to keep all my camera gear in so I know what I have and have sold

Unfortunately, no login is possible despite repeated attempts. Seems to be a dead app, too bad

This app still working? Can’t log in, can’t reset pwd can’t contact app support. WTF??
Unfortunate start
I was unable to sign up, no matter how i tried to sign in. Tried different passwords, 2 emails, my apple account, redownloaded and tried the website. Not one place allows me to create an account in the app. If i find a way in, I’ll probably revisit this review, but not a great start.
Needs to be updated
Requires work to function properly, i can’t even sign in. And people who do, say the app is slow. Give the app some love. People depend on it.
Sign up not working
This app is dysfunctional, plz do not waste time. It’s not allowing to create a new account (sign up). The developer hasn’t responded over a week now.
Won’t sign me up
The sign up function doesn’t work. I’ll rate it with whatever stars it deserves once it works and I can actually use it. I was so looking forward for this app.

Downloaded the app and tried to create an account but the app kept stating: “Request failed. Please try again.” Tried it several times to no avail. Tried to create an account and initiate it that way. Still failed.
So I guess there’s no reason to keep it on my phone.

iPad crapped out with a component failure. No way to transfer all the data.
iPhone was drowned: no way to transfer data after reloading the app from Apple.
A spread sheet? Perfect…! YMMV

Great app
I love this app for creating an inventory of my camera gear. So far it’s been able to find all the stuff I have, and inputting my gear is easy & quick.
I wish that I could add my own fields — I’d like to be able to add a few specifications to the lenses, like filter diameter for example.
I would also like to be able to have multiple categories of lenses — prime, macro, zoom, etc.
So it may get not be perfect, but it is really a nice interface and very easy to use.

Great idea, needs a lot of work.
Search is useless and insurance has yet to be implemented. Hoping this gets some work as it’s a great idea.
