Easily must have in your pocket

Randomly stumbled on this app while it had temp readout. I love the setup and DP gui interface in mind and simplicity. Love the notes and screenshot aspect. Now the app is even more capable with sun tracking and 3D map sun tracking. Maybe a shadow mode down the road? Also would be nice to drop screenshots into folders like specific locations or projects. But love the one time fee and no monthly or early subscription. Hope this continues. Will vouch to colleagues about the app.

Response from developer

Appreciate the support! Looking forward to releasing more features, we’ve got some big things planned for 4.0!

Worth every penny

Used it for the first time this past weekend on a gig and it was a game changer. I could tell immediately my shots were visually better instead of the usual guessing game without a light meter. Well worth the $20

Useful for Still Photography Too

This app is very accurate for setting Kelvin for white balance for still photography. I had to photograph items in a large room with a mix of fluorescent light and daylight coming through the windows. It was different in various parts of the room. I used this app to make quick K adjustments instead of shooting a gray card for each location. This was much faster and save time in post. The photos were more consistent across the gallery. The sun tracking function is also intuitive and helpful for planning times for future shoots to get the best light.

wonderful

been helpful in quick situations. one issue ive had is it uses the 5x telephoto when switching to 2x. i also wish there was a landscape mode to match my frame more accurately. the fixed portrait orientation has been accounting for a wider reading of the space when sometimes i need it tighter but 5x is too close of a zoom to compensate for this issue. (i have a 16 pro max)

The best $20 I’ve spent recently

Seriously. Could I figure this out manually? Yes, do I want to be bothered by it? Absolutely not.
Well worth the money especially moving through different locations and times of day, the easiest way to get white balance right in camera!
