Grievances not resolving but marking as Resolved.
Irresponsible and lazy Officers writing off Many grievances as Resolved, even when the issue is not looked at. Shame!!
If these people are not interested to work, better fire them recruit new people who can do justice to tax payers money.

Grievance of closing without resolution
The app is not serving the purpose of resolving issues. The call Center reverts and questions if satisfied. But if your reply is a NO, nothing is done beyond that. The ghmc officials are uncouth and used to bribes. Nothing moves forward without that. They are hand in glove with local politicians. For example, Jaffar the local leader came and threatened that he will disconnect / block our drain. When asked to produce the ghmc permission, nothing is shown but I was threatened for objection to mix the local drain line in our BPCL retail outlet premises, which they are not supposed to. Not one ghmc official addressed this. So IT CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR INVOLVEMENT. And complaints are closed by officers without resolving .

No action on complaint just time pass and close the complaint.
The complaint mechanism in ghmc is worst. Whenever we raise the complaint, The town planning section officials go to site collect bribes from them and keep complaint pending for some time close without any resolution or action.
They time pass till the construction completes and then close complaints. Why the EVDO not take any action on this section for the inaction & why the vigilance department not monitor the complaints against this town planning section. Pls enquire & take necessary action or else simply close the provision and say that there should not be any complaints and town planning is for collecting bribes and do what they want & don’t enforce law.

This app is only for show off
This app is only for show off the negligence of the officers incharge not a single complaint of mine is solved this is the ability of the working office , it’s only to blame other departments or not in scope of work ,
If This review is seriously noted the office should take in written completion letter and post along with the complaint so the problems faced by the citizens are taken seriously otherwise it’s just like cat and mouse issues happening…

Repair images submission
Hello team, it would be really nice if the people who have repaired the potholes or the road or the cleaned area upload the image after repair or cleaning. This will help you understand if the repair has been done in the first place and also how much of a quality job was done at the site.
New update/ interface face of new app not working
When ever try to open the app its close automatically in I phone its very pathetically the application is designed, previously register the complain about Mousqito fogging, issued the ticket no or reference no , after three days receive messege on my mobile that my complain has been resolved without attending my complain and also want to make property tak payment but could not get details when I enter PTIN no in search field. In my opinion its better to shutdown or close this application when you authorities don’t want to address the problem of citizens

Complaint of GHMC Officials
Either the GHMC app is useless, or GHMC officials are not doing their duties properly, i have complained about 1000 times, not a single response to my complaints.

It’s there in CDMA website for tax payment in other than GHMC.

Very Good application
This is a very good idea of Government but the concerned staff are very allergic to complaints and simply closing the grievance that either it is resolved or closed by the citizen within the time stipulated for them.
Privacy Policy - Terms and conditions
Earlier, I was using this application without any problem. But, after downloading the update I’m unable to login since it’s asking to read carefully the Privacy Policy and accept or decline the login process. Unfortunately, when I click both “Privacy Policy “and the “Terms and Conditions” instead of diverting me to the terms & conditions, the application closes. Please look into it and remove the bugs so that one can read the Terms and Conditions before accepting and logging in.

I am not get any service from this app till today and simply they are writing completed that’s all.
Useless app
If we post a complaint regarding some issue in our locality,the officer assigned to that issue simply denies as not “related to my wing”.
We don’t assign the officer,we only select the issue which are there in the app and write into it.
I had a product in my locality regarding overflowing drain,I have complaint it in my ghmc app by selecting the issue and even posted pictures regarding it. It is day 2 and nobody had come to solve the issue . I don’t know how many days we have to walk through that overflowing drain . Is it the app fault or our government fault of not solving people’s problem I don’t know.

A crap app which can’t show status
A crap app which can’t show status of grievances saying server not responding. Did you switch off them so that we shldnt see status coz it anyways doesn’t have any solution other than a stmt - we will look into it or just lying that it was fixed but nothing done or just throw it out saying it doesn’t come under GHMC. On top of this, we can’t reopen these grievances as we can’t keep them accountable. This is how our govt officers work to keep Hyd swacch!!

Worst app after installing it just crashed in my iPhone 11 .

Grievance resolved with in 12hrs
I have submitted my grievance about street light not glowing. The issue was resolved with in 12hrs.This app is really superb
Location Access not working
In the IOS version of this app while submitting the grievance the location service not working, app failing to access the location either on the use my location or the select on map. Due to this we are unable to submit any complaints. If the app developer is seeing this feedback please fix this ASAP

Property Tax paid not reflecting
I paid property tax using this app, and after bank payment and successfully deducting amount from bank got message in the last that transaction is failed and here in app it’s not reflecting. Still showing to pay the tax and interest also increasing day by day, no way to raise complaint in app, so had to write review. Presently in abroad and cannot even visit the office. Please look into the issue and revert back asap.
