Stay away from this company
Website experience horrible. Cant log in. Server is slow. Messed my pay Cheque for over months cant log in cant see the paystub. I can’t even see how many months they have underpay my hour
Juuuuuust barely useable.
App hangs when trying to do the most basic of tasks. I don’t enjoy my payroll being hooked up to this app. I waste a few minutes every time I clock in and out. App doesn’t confirm clicks. Ive have multiple instances of thinking ive clocked in and out where it doesn’t register. Also why can’t it store my password? Absolutely horrible un-maintained app.

A very bad app
Everything about he app is bad. Beg your employer to switch. This is an app that should not be on anyone’s phone. This company may even be a scam but I’m not sure. Just use the web page, which is equally bad. Less than 1 star
Not helpful for employees
I am a payroll admin but it would be helpful if this app could store the username (AT MINIMUM). Would also be helpful if there was a feature to email paystubs from the app as the paystub view is not helpful. Constantly needing to help employees login, reset passwords, remember usernames, etc.

I just downloaded the app and I keep getting an invalid response every time I try to log in. I see the other reviews from years ago and now I believe this is somehow intentional. How could they not fix this after years of knowing the problem. This app is garbage, or they intentionally don’t want you to view the information.

Not sure what my employer was thinking
I have no idea why my employer would choose a service that hasn’t been updated in 4 years i can’t even request time off because it refuses to allow me to pick the dates for my trip.

App and platform is horrible. That’s enough info anyone needs. Company switched to using this app and platform. Nothing but constant problems everyday for my team that uses it out in the field.

I think it would be cool if there was a remember me option or Face ID for the login screen to make it easier to log in instead of always retyping credentials.
My go is not working
Is not working we can’t see the hours when we clock in or out bad service was working but now is not please someone can fix it
Useless app
I’m sorry that I even have to give 1 star in order to write this review. My employer switched over to this company for time logging and payroll to save money. I guess you get what you pay for. No matter how many hours you work, your ‘total hours worked’ will always say zero. Worked 40 hours? The app will say you worked zero. When it’s time for my employer to run payroll, they call me and have to ask me how many hours I’ve worked and they add it up on a calculator. This has resulted in miscalculations, missed days, and paychecks in the wrong amount. When our paycheck does come through, the “paystub” you get from MyGo isn’t even a valid paystub and my employer won’t supply anything else. MyGo, you have a 1.5 star rating. Do better!!

Can’t use
Just got a new job that uses this interface and while I can log in on the website the app is useless. When I type my credentials it’s give an error in the password which works fine everywhere else. Please fix.

App will let me log in and then immediately closes. I’ve made management aware of issue and nothing. The desktop site will let me in but won’t show me anything
No FaceID Support in 2022. What???
This app would be great if it allowed the ability to remembered passwords at the very least use face ID. Deal breaker for me. I use the web portal. Add FaceID and we will use the app daily.

Cannot log in on phone.
I made and password with a special character and when i go to log into the app on my phone its telling me their is an error when typing this special character. But it works fine on a computer and or browser. Please fix this. I use this for work and so far i hate it so much. Just let me log in please….
