What's New in Mygra

1.7.0

October 1, 2026

Mygra 1.7 is a top-to-bottom redesign for iOS 26 and iPadOS 26. A NEW LOOK • Rebuilt with Liquid Glass: floating toolbars, glass buttons, and a tab bar that tucks away while you scroll. • A status strip lives above the tab bar: see your live migraine timer while one is in progress, or your migraine-free streak with a one-tap Log button the rest of the time. • The Dashboard opens with what matters most – how long it's been since your last migraine – followed by weather, the Migraine Assistant, today's Health stats, and Quick Bits. • On iPad and Mac, Mygra now uses a sidebar and lays cards out in two columns, so it looks right in any window size. FIND ANY MIGRAINE • Search your history by note, trigger, or insight. • Entries are grouped by month, with pinned migraines always at the top. • Swipe to pin or delete, or long-press any entry for a preview and quick actions. • The calendar swipes between months and sits beside the day's list on iPad. MORE CONTROL • Choose which Health stats appear on the Today card and drag them into the order you like. • See your iCloud status at a glance and sync on demand from Settings. • A fresh profile editor and a clearer tag manager with drag-to-reorder. FASTER WAYS IN • Long-press the app icon to log a migraine, end the current one, open the calendar, or chat with the Migraine Assistant. • New Siri shortcuts: ask whether a migraine is in progress and how long it has lasted, or update your pain and stress levels hands-free. • Siri can now act on the migraine you're looking at. • Menu bar and keyboard shortcuts on iPad and Mac. A KINDER FIRST RUN • Every permission in onboarding is optional, with a Back button and a real "Not now" – you can always enable Health, location, or notifications later. • Mygra no longer asks for Health access until you tap Connect Health. NOW IN YOUR LANGUAGE • Fully localized in Spanish, French (Canada), and Japanese, including widgets, the Apple Watch app, and Siri phrases. Plus many fixes, smoother animations, better VoiceOver labels throughout, and Reduce Motion support.

Great app, Nice Improvements!!

I had some recommendations on what I would love to see in my primary migraine tracking app, and I am so glad that they listened! I am recommending this app to my friends and family to track their own migraines, as it provides helpful insight into potential triggers.

Great but need to be able to edit!

I’ve been using this app for a while now and use it as my primary way to track my migraines. The integration with Apple Intelligence is really useful!

The main features that would really make this a 5-star product would be the ability to edit and track the Pain and Stress scores since migraines can go up and down in intensity over time. I would love to be able to see this on a chart. Also, I’d like to be able to change what stats I’d like to track. I’m not one to track water/food/heart rate intake, so I’d love to be able to remove those from my dashboard. Instead, it would be awesome to be able to see a calendar view with custom tags that the user could add like the Clue app.

Overall, a great start to what could be the ultimate migraine app for both patients and health care providers!!
