I downloaded this app with the understanding that I would be watching ads and filling out Health quotes for the day like how much water I drink. I redeemed money three times. I had 100,000 gems which were converted into a dollar and some change. The third time I had over 2 million gems so when I redeemed those 2 million gem. Expected to receive more than a dollar and some change what I received. Seven cents! When I submitted a ticket to customer service their that they trusted their high-tech algorithm. If their high-tech algorithm cannot do simple math, I would not be expecting a certain amount of any amount of gems I sent to the redeemed therefore I am deleting the app.
