Not even in the least bit user friendly. Is this what insurance has become? It’s as if they purposely made it as confusing and as useless as possible so you’ll never use it.
Unusable
I really tried to use this app to create my profile. This app is too glitchy to use, very disappointing, waste of time.
Not compatible at all
This app shouldn’t exist. None of this is phone compatible. Just use a laptop to access your insurance info.
Can’t log in
The app doesn’t recognize my username, password, or email. It’s basically useless.
Useless
This app didn’t recognize my username or password. However, when I log in on the website, I have no issues. So I didn’t get anywhere with this app

Awful. Doesn’t take you anywhere. Super buggy I don’t know why they keep promoting the app on the website as if it’s any better. Ridiculous!
Horrible
App is not user friendly at all. Extremely slow. 60 seconds or longer to do anything. Requires multiple taps to understand that there’s a task it needs to do. Completely unusable on my brand new top of the line device as well as older ones.
Terrible
It’s like working with the website but actually slightly worse due to being buggy and unresponsive. I am definitely deleting this from my phone immediately, as the app adds no value or functionality.
