Really happy with the Healthy Buddy app and the trainer support. The app is easy to use and helps me stay consistent with workouts and food tracking. I liked that the plans were practical and easy to follow even during busy work days.
My trainer Jibby was friendly, motivating and always ready to help with doubts. Regular follow ups and encouragement kept me accountable and helped me stay focused on my goals. I could see good improvements in my fitness, energy levels and overall routine.

My MHB journey
A very organized program with zero fad diets. I’ve lost about 4.5 kg in last 2 months. Special shoutout to my trainer, Shivali, who follows up with me every week and is super supportive. Amazing experience
I have been training with Jibby Peter Dcruz and he is such an amazing coach. He listens to me patiently and helps me understand new things were nicely. I have trained with Priyanka Bhawnani previously and had a similar experience. I am so glad I found this app and these wonderful coaches.

Sohaila is an excellent coach and very knowledgeable. She always keeps you motivated and supported me whenever I was feeling low or unwell. She constantly encouraged and pushed me to stay on track. Through her guidance, I learned how to manage my diet effectively even when I wasn’t able to work out regularly.
