Best Trainer

Really happy with the Healthy Buddy app and the trainer support. The app is easy to use and helps me stay consistent with workouts and food tracking. I liked that the plans were practical and easy to follow even during busy work days.

My MHB journey

A very organized program with zero fad diets. I’ve lost about 4.5 kg in last 2 months. Special shoutout to my trainer, Shivali, who follows up with me every week and is super supportive. I started my journey with MyHealthBuddy and Garvita who has been incredible, supporting, and very encouraging to me throughout. Amazing experience

I have been training with Jibby Peter Dcruz and he is such an amazing coach. He listens to me patiently and helps me understand new things were nicely. I have trained with Priyanka Bhawnani previously and had a similar experience. I am so glad I found this app and these wonderful coaches.

Sohaila is an excellent coach and very knowledgeable. She always keeps you motivated and supported me whenever I was feeling low or unwell. She constantly encouraged and pushed me to stay on track. My DR journey with Gayatri

After giving birth to my daughter, I struggled with abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti), and it affected both my body and my confidence. Very good and super helpful

It’s a great way to lose weight and stay healthy. For people living abroad, it can be hard to stick to a diet because we often miss Indian food. But in my case, my coach Ojesvi was incredibly helpful. She consistently checked in on my progress and offered useful tips and guidance whenever I hit a plateau. Overall, the program gives you a better understanding of what you’re eating and helps you adjust your portions effectively.

Awesome experience!

I’ve had a really positive experience using this app along with the great support of the health coach - Akshay.

The app itself is very intuitive and easy to use. Everything is well laid out, and it’s simple to find the information you need without having to dig around. When it comes to food tracking, I really appreciate the variety of options available. It’s helpful to see the nutritional values clearly, making it easy to log meals and understand whether I’m meeting my daily goals. I also like how it highlights when and where I’ve exceeded my targets—it makes staying on track much more manageable.

For strength training, the video demonstrations are a big plus. They’re clear, easy to follow, and make it much simpler to perform exercises correctly. I also like the level of customization in the workout plans, which makes the program feel tailored rather than generic.

Tracking steps is straightforward as well, whether entering them manually or uploading counts—it’s quick and hassle-free.

Akshay has been a standout part of the experience. He is consistently supportive, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. I appreciate how he check in regularly, listen carefully, and adjust the plan when needed. His approach is thoughtful and caring, and the customized strength training guidance has been especially helpful. He also make sure I’m doing exercises correctly, which adds a lot of value.

Overall, the combination of a user-friendly app and a dedicated, attentive coach has made this a very effective and encouraging experience so far and am motivated to continue along and achieve the goals that we had set forth.

Coach Goddy

I started my journey with MHB 5 months ago, and since then I’ve been working with Coach Goddy. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly supportive. He took the time to connect with me on a personal level and really understand my goals and the areas I wanted to improve.

He helped me build a routine of working out at least 5 days a week, and his daily check-ins kept me motivated and consistent. While I still have more goals to achieve, I’m truly glad I got in touch with Goddy. He has played a big role in helping me build a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

He genuinely puts in his best effort to support me, and I really appreciate all the guidance and encouragement he has given me.

The diet is fully customized with no strict restrictions, and I follow simple portion control. The workout plan is also flexible with easy exercises and step goals based on my convenience.

Genuine and Sustainable Diet

I was following a lot of online channel, social media and I came across MyHealth Buddy through that process. I found the videos that were practical, genuine and sustainable for weight loss without sacrificing regular foods.So, I made up my mind to join. I was provided clear instructions on my diet plan and workout video. I am very thankful to my Coach Sophiya who has been guiding me from the start of my weight loss journey and I m still on my journey. I had lost around 4 kg. I like the weekly checkup and can reach to my coach if any confusion occurs.

Weight and fat loss program

Working with Poonam and MHB has changed my life.
