“Web”TPA fails in its online experience
It’s ironic that a company with “Web” in its name consistently fails in its online experience. Have been unable to use the app with Authentication Errors despite updates. Was able to eventually able to log into website on computer after updating passwords.
Worst update to my insurance app
I had FBCBS with my employer and the old app NEVER gave me problems. Now? This stupid app is the worst. I haven’t been able to log into it since January.. I’ve reset my password, just in case. Finished that process and when trying to log into.. ERROR AFTER ERROR. I just want to check my claims!!! And see who is covered!!! 0/5 if it would let me

This app sucks. You can’t even get past creating an account. Shame on you guys for such a piss poor app
Terrible Login Issues
Unable to login to system due to a repeated prompt that says, “AuthError.” Not the first time experiencing this issue. This needs to be fixed.
Totally broken
Like the other review, logins fail constantly and this started awhile back. Company has been no help in resolving and defects.

I am not able to login to the app . I have reset the password like 10 times but never able to login . This is the worst app I have ever seen
Allegedly fixed auth error yet still having the error
As I already stated, auth error means I cannot log on and this app is worthless.

Username/password works fine on the website, so not an issue with invalid credentials or user error.

AuthError
I have been unable to login to the app for close to a month now. Every attempt leads to an“AuthError - Something went wrong during authentication, try again.” message. Operator error, you say? My spouse, who is a software engineer that has developed both professional and hobby applications and been award multiple patents for his work, was unable to login.
Additionally, when I was able to login and requested a new membership card at least twice I received nothing. Thankfully I printed a paper copy so I had a documentation for my recent surgery.

Cannot log in
This is the only “easy” way to get my insurance card and I cannot log into the app. The same login credentials work just fine on the website but not this non-functional app
Change password function not working
Please fix this asap so I can access my account
Unusable
Doctors in here are labeled as one specialty when they actually are a different one. Phone number for several doctors in my county have the phone number for the newspaper not their phone number. Other doctors that I called are no longer practicing in that area information is either incorrect or outdated.

Sooooo many glitches!
Some selected fields will not allow the keyboard to pop up. When typing info in some fields it will not show info being filled in.
Delete Your Codebase
This app is not functional. Delete your entire off-shore codebase.
Doesn’t work AT ALL
You can’t even get one page into filing a claim before it glitches and either won’t let you enter info in the fields or it promptly clears the info listed as soon as you enter it. The website is the same on both a cell phone and a computer. Makes it literally impossible to file a claim. Seems like a scam to deter claims from being entered.
