About

MyHealthInsights is a private, on-device dashboard for the health data you already have in Apple Health. It reads your sleep, workouts, VO₂ Max, heart-rate zones, and body composition, then turns them into clear charts and a short, plain-language summary written by Apple Intelligence. Your health data never leaves your iPhone. No accounts. No health data in any cloud we control. This is a reflection app, not a logging app. You enter nothing. WHAT YOU GET Insights — On-device AI summary Apple Intelligence reads the last 30 nights of sleep, six months of training, and a year of body composition, then writes a short narrative explaining what's happening. Every number in it is checked against your actual data before it's shown — if the model's summary doesn't pass, the app composes a plain, correct one instead. Generated entirely on-device using Apple's Foundation Models framework. A six-up grid of headline numbers gives context. Sleep — last night and the last 30 nights A "Last Night" hero card with Core / REM / Deep duration. A 30-night stacked bar chart of sleep architecture. A trend chart with a 7-day rolling average of total sleep. Plain-language weekly stage averages. Fitness — is your training working? VO₂ Max as a smoothed 8-week trend with a tight Y-axis, so you see where your fitness is heading rather than whichever reading came last. Weekly training volume stacked by heart-rate zone (Z1–Z5) using your real max HR. Your training mix across the last four weeks, and this week's training load against your own four-week norm — two honest numbers, no invented risk scores. "What lifts your VO₂ Max?" — per-training-type estimates grounded in published research that shift toward your own data as your history grows. Cardio-vs-body-fat and strength-vs-lean-mass correlations for a 28-day trailing window. A workout list with per-row zone distribution. Body — composition over the last year Weight, BMI, body fat percentage, and lean body mass. Each metric gets a card with a directional trend arrow and a per-metric line chart. The layout adapts to whatever you've recorded — if you only have weight, you only see weight. Progress — see your body change Take daily posed selfies — front, side, and back — in a hands-free, voice-guided session: one tap runs a countdown-paced photo burst through every pose. MyHealthInsights stitches each pose into a timelapse video that plays back your transformation, with every frame automatically aligned on your body using on-device Vision so you stay centered across days. An optional daily reminder helps you keep the streak. The photos are saved only on your iPhone — they're never uploaded. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • HealthKit reads happen only on your iPhone. The AI summary uses Apple Intelligence, on-device. • Your processed data syncs to your iPad and Mac through your private iCloud container — managed by Apple, not by us. • Progress photos are saved only in the app's local storage on your iPhone — they are not synced to iCloud and never leave your device. • Your health data and your photos are never collected and never sent to us. The only data that leaves the device is anonymous usage analytics (which tabs you open, Progress actions) via Firebase Analytics — counts and screen names only, never your health data, never your photos. No advertising IDs REQUIREMENTS • Apple Intelligence-eligible iPhone for the AI summary. On other devices the metric grid still renders and explains why the narrative is unavailable. • Camera access on the iPhone for the Progress tab's posed selfies. Photos are saved only on your device. • Sign in to the same iCloud account on every device for sync to work. • At least a few months of data in Apple Health for the trends and correlations to be meaningful. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE MyHealthInsights provides general wellness information based on data already in Apple Health. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease.

What's New in MyHealthInsights

1.4

August 11, 2026

Version 1.4 — A summary you can trust. • Every number in the AI summary is now checked, on-device, against the data that produced it before you ever see it. If the model's summary doesn't pass, the app writes a plain, correct one instead — you never see an invented number. • Comparisons are honest: "in line with your usual range" is now judged against your own night-to-night variation, so a ten-minute difference is no longer breaking news. • Sleep numbers are right across midnight: "last night" counts the whole night, including the part before 12am. • VO₂ Max appears as a smoothed 8-week trend, so the summary talks about where your fitness is heading — not whichever reading happened to come last. • New in Fitness: your training mix over the last four weeks, and this week's training load against your own four-week norm. We removed the old ACWR risk score — the published evidence doesn't support it, so the app no longer pretends it does. • "What lifts your VO₂ Max?" — per-training-type estimates grounded in published research, shifting toward your own data as your training history grows. The card says plainly which of the two is speaking. • The summary speaks to you directly, in plain language, without lab units. • At a glance is reorganised into sleep, body, and training pairs, and shows this week's workouts against your usual rate instead of a six-month total. • Plus accuracy fixes throughout. Everything above runs on your iPhone — nothing about your health ever leaves it.
