Unusable

Your thermostat just refuses to stay connected to WiFi, in a known good location with full signal strength and no issues.

If your thermostat can’t stay connected, the remote management app can’t be used.

Fix one, and you might fix the other. In the meantime, I’ll just program it locally.

Really bad UI and full of bugs

Was forced to use this app from the ComfortSync app. App has a very confusing UI that is hard to navigate. On top of that, about half of the time i try to change the temperature it simply wont actually change it, and i have to restart the app to find out if it worked. Considering switching to a non-communicating thermostat instead, and I will definitely stay away from Allied Air brands for my next hvac system.
