Forced to download now it won’t connect back to my phone
Really bad UI and full of bugs
Was forced to use this app from the ComfortSync app. App has a very confusing UI that is hard to navigate. On top of that, about half of the time i try to change the temperature it simply wont actually change it, and i have to restart the app to find out if it worked. Considering switching to a non-communicating thermostat instead, and I will definitely stay away from Allied Air brands for my next hvac system.

The app is not user friendly. I change the mode and it changes back every time. I have to change it again every time.

I enjoy the simplicity and nice looking control features. Great temperature control.
Botched upgrade…major fail
I am remote and need to change my Comfort Air settings. No option but to download a new app. The new app does not bring over any of the login information. Been trying for a couple of hours. You should have brought a consultant on who has done this before. Look at other companies that did it well or failed and learned from them.

This app sucks
i went to open Comfort Sync app and got a message that this app replaced it. i can’t log into, won’t let me create another acct bc my oth acct is hooked up to my email. so i essentially don’t have the ability to use either app. way to go developers!! And to make matters worse, company employees haven’t been trained on the new app. how can you release a product without notifying your HVAC companies that sell your equipment and/or your users. 😠

Unable to Pair and I live 4 hours from VacaHome!
This app sucks and nobody is around to send me the code to get on this stupid app!

Downloaded the app and now I can’t access my thermostat
Not easier to use
100 degrees out and you give me NO option but to download your app. The Mode/Schedule button sits on top of the temp up or down button rendering the up/down button useless.

The instructions on how to pair this with my thermostat or woefully inadequate. Nothing worked. Creating a new account, logging into the existing account…
