Thermostat works okay I guess but this app is glitchy, poorly written, constantly requires deleting the thermostat and re adding it as well as having invasive permissions

Wish I would have never bought a WiFi thermostat that needed this app. It’s garbage and poorly developed. Doesn’t work most of the time.

Ich benutze die App seit über zwei Jahren. So richtig funktioniert hat sie von Anfang an nicht. Ständig kam eine Fehlermeldung und man musste das Thermostat neu koppeln. Mittlerweile funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Das Thermostat kann nur noch manuell bedient werden.

Not connecting to Phone
Unfortunately I cannot connect the MC6 Pro to the app.. I keep getting a Fault message.
One thing I’ve noticed is that the new device don’t have the option under Network to Pairing to App (Smart Config) .. like the old ones (which worked well with the App)
Any advice, help or firmware update to correct this missing feature, please?

Concept good-application poor
Will not hold schedules, and the thermostats and app struggle to communicate despite good internet.

Downloaded with MC6 smart controller
Only just installed but installation was super simple, no pairing, just add it to the Wi-Fi using the thermostat, scanned the QR on the box for the app, scanned the QR on the thermostat when asked to and control on my phone as though I was in the bathroom. So far cannot fault it. Will update my review should I experience any issues

This app has everything to get 5 stars, but the most important thing is missing a password not for the screen, but for the settings.

App stop working after update
App stop working after lates update, can’t control thermostats remotely anymore ☹️

Login / registration very flaky, and then impossible to add a device!
Rubbish
App doesn’t work. Avoid buying thermostat if it uses this app. Can’t add to it or set up on phone. Have tried factory reset and still won’t add, plus keeps defaulting to Chinese language which isn’t very helpful
Latest version has stopped my MC6 working
Absolutely rubbish app anyhow, and the latest version fails to connect anymore to my underfloor heating controller.

Installed in bathroom for underfloor heating , settings up in morning and evening and is working all day 🤔🤔🤔

Also keine Verbindung kann ich nicht bestätigen! Man sollte natürlich zuerst die Zentrale (Bedieneinheit) mit dem Hausinternet verbinden. Dann klappt es!

Problem with connect
The application cannot get permission from the iphone to connect to the local network. I can't choose a router to connect.
