Can’t recommend, will delete
I agree with PeteLanc in that it works. No problems logging in to the app but I have one policy in there atm and there’s 10 separate documents.
None of the documents are readable from my phone screen, the font is not adjustable (the presumably because the documents are all pdf files) and autorotate is disabled.
I’m also unable to rename or reorder the documents, which would make the app more user friendly.
I can’t imagine what it will be like when my other policies are added… seems likely I’d end up with maybe 25 files in the app, most of which are not needed on an ongoing basis. That’s before we even get to the thought of old docs being retained and the number increasing year on year.
Will be deleting the app and asking for future docs to be emailed as they were before.

I cannot get it to work.
I have been trying for about a week to log in, on all my devices, both iPad and Android, without success on any. Repeatedly get Unknown Error code G-NS00UE, with a suggestion to try again or seek help. I have tried again, without success. I have also sought help, but got no response whatsoever. So I really can’t see the point of the app, and I hope their insurance is better than my experience so far.

App not working
Tried several times to login - says cannot find policy. Emailed Howden who said will notify their IT dept- no response as yet. Disappointed.

A good example of when an App is counterproductive
Well it works, I can get my policy documents - but of course they are far too small to read on a phone and so I need to be able to transfer them to a PC or print them to be able to read them.
The user interface does not adapt properly to smaller screens and so some parts are not visible, rotate is disabled and so the full interface width cannot be seen.
It would be much quicker and easier for the customer just to email all the documents.
