Can’t disengage home charger
This is the third morning that we have been unable to separate our AC home charger from the front charging panel.
What steps do we need to employ to eliminate this problem?

Excellent gas mileage. Extremely comfortable and many features to make driving this vehicle a dream.
Awful app
Considering the technology and advances today this app is out of date and way behind. It doesn’t work half the time takes a long time to update. It’s is clunky and archaic. The app consistently crashes and has never been reliable. So many bugs it’s a real sad excuse of an app. It is almost as bad as Hyundai’s Customer service. I do not recommend.

Hyundai Features
I’m absolutely thrilled with my Palisade and all of the features it has to offer. I love the way it drives and rides. The Palisade handles very well on the road and it gets great gas mileage.
Worst software ever
I’m forced to use this app. It’s terrible. Look to Tesla for good software design.
Crazy work
Been trying to log into the app for about an hour now. Sends me back to the log in screen once I submit the verification code
Waste of money
Remote start never works.
Doesn’t show up to date info
It shows the car’s status from 29 days ago unless I refresh it.
No Siri Integration
Current issue:
App is crazy laggy slow. I have to use my watch to remote climate control. App optimizations has fell of hard.
Old Wish:
When attempting to voice command to turn on the climate control, it’s met with Ionic not in range. Shame it doesn’t link to the app to function the car via Siri.

Using with an IONIQ 5.
This app is so incredibly slow to update, frequently returns errors that it can’t reach the car or complete the request.
For such a well created EV, the app is by far the worst thing about the IONIQ 5. It’s slow, unintuitive, and gets in the way when you need it the most.
This app is full of web views so it feels like a patchwork of web pages, not a real app from a major car brand.

Works really well and very informative when it’s time for any maintenance needs on your vehicle, the ability to view the surroundings around my vehicle from anywhere I’m at. The ability to be able to unlock/lock the doors without my keys. It also provides videos on things you need to know how to do and you can view your manual on there as well. I love it.

Lots of bugs
I love this app.. when it works. It’s super convenient, especially when I constantly forget to lock my car and during the winter when I want to get it warmed up before leaving for work. That being said, I can’t stand the fact that sometimes the app won’t even open. I click it and get stuck with the blue loading circle often. When I go to the notifications to clear them out, that takes a while to load (if it ever even does). When I try to clear them out, it crashes the app the majority of the time. The layout is pretty straight forward and I love having access to all of the car’s health information at my fingertips, but I wish the app itself just worked more smoothly.

So slow and getting worse
This app is obnoxiously slow to load or do anything. Most of the time I open it and it’s stuck with that spinning wheel and does nothing until I force close it and reopen it. Then you have to wait for quite a while it refreshes and updates because if you try to do anything before it’s done with its refresh it will freeze.

Useful, but hard to use
Very cool app, but buggy login and outdated ux. Tough to get around.
