The app is great. But it would be even greater if they’d incorporate widgets for iOS. That way users owners could create shortcuts through Siri.

I would like to submit an enhancement request. Our 2026 Sante Fe Hybrid has 2 driver profiles. You should read the fingerprint and then check against each profile and auto select the one it matches. I should not have to select a profile and then verify my fingerprint.
When it works it is subpar
Don’t ever try to hit a link don’t ever try to set up his appointment. None of these ever work. They have numerous updates to this app, but it never works well each update makes it less useable.

My only issue is the cruise control; when you hit resume it accelerates at 100% throttle. I feel that it should accelerate at a more moderate, safer rate…

It’s way to slow
The Hyundai app is a good app but I would ask that it connects to your vehicle much faster for door unlock and lock features. Also for remote start. This is a safety issue. If you need to unlock your car in case of an emergency it could take up to 5-6 minutes to unlock. Also we should have a ventilation feature that is built into the app to ventilate the vehicle during hot weather instead of having to do it from the car that never saves. For a leading company in technology. This is makes me feel like I’m in the early 2000’s..

Bluelink modem
Brand new 2025 Tucson , the bluelink has not worked 3 months into purchase, 8 months now dealing with the dealership and Hyundai consumer service to no avail. The system gives codes of errors.
The app will not work because the bluelink function in the car will not connect. Bluelink customer service does not care.

Constantly reminding me when I’m home that my car is unlocked
Too many notifications, not enough actionable things in app. New version released a week ago is seriously buggy. I would put this in the app but it keeps crashing. I reviewed this hoping there would be an update but there hasn’t been and my notifications are just piling up.

Annoying things
The app is fine overall, but these notifications are terrible! I love that it sends a notification if you’ve left your car unlocked (HYUNDAI: WALKAWAY AUTO-LOCK LIKE MOST OTHER MANUFACTURES), but if I then lock it using the app, the notification stays put. Can’t be that hard to hire another mobile device that can fix this BS.

New glitch
Latest version 5.4.3 now updates show the latest charge after a refresh pulldown on the screen, but then resets to instead show the data from 18 days ago. Has been doing this repeated since app update a week ago.

Refuses to Submit
For some reason that I have been unable to ascertain, the car continues to charge even when commanded to stop. I’ll send a stop charge command from the app and look a few minutes later and sure enough it’s not charging, but then a few minutes later it is.
I repeat this cycle four or five or six times and then maybe it’ll listen and stop.

I love it. It’s so convenient.
The battery % used to be accurate
The app used to be accurate, but for about 2 weeks it shows my battery level at 73%.
Inside the vehicle is accurate. A charging station is also accurate.
Log off/on did not fix.
Uninstalled then installed the app and it did not fix.
