Not impressive technology
Opening and closing can be a struggle cuz it doesn’t automatically function. And its so sensitive to cars and all other things. It just stop in the middle of the street when it senses something when in fact its too far or just the pavement.
Sometimes, yes, sometimes no
When the digital key is behaving and I walk up and everything is working just the way I like it's wonderful. But these days many times I walk up and I have to open the app sign and ask it to unlock the doors get in the car sign in again to get the car started. Sometimes I have to unlock the app to lock the doors. I don't understand what makes it not recognize the digital key at times.

This app is good but missing features
It would be really nice to take advantage of iOS widget functional as I don't want to always open the myhyundai app to view information about my car or to access the remote start. Once they fix that (and add digital key support to 2026 Hyundai Sonata Sports) I'll be happy.

It’s very slow and unreliable to open and close the door, it would be nice that more than only one card could be activated to open and close the doors
Loving this car!!!
Great smooth ride, roomy- our first electric car- over 300 miles on a full charge. Life is good!
Handy when it works
When I first got the car the app worked great. Now it’s slow and often freezes. I cleared the cache one all the other reasons I thought it might be my phone, but nope. It’s the app. I wish it could go back to how it was.
Climate start
That would be nice if you could get the Climate to start to work. It’s been about a year and it is the most frustrating thing.
Not working anymore in the past 6+ months
The app used to be quick and quite reliable. For the past 5+ months that changed, it crashes very regularly for no apparent reason.
I have a 24 Ioniq 5 and I used to be able to use the app for remote climate control in the past summer successfully, turn to this year, not so much.
App is very slow and then crashed without any error message, I understand that cellular connection might get in the way, but then say so, not crash.
I love the car, if my lease weren't up for another 11 months, I'd get rid of it now, it's that bad.
I've reported this before and no change, very disappointed

Things to improve
Can’t get the start time on remote anymore ?also would like to remote start to last at least 15 minutes due the cold weather in the Illinois USA inte winter the 10 minutes doesn’t warm up the car enough!

Everything was amazing, 2 months ago the app stop working I can’t turn on the AC , I talked to the agent four times nobody can help, weird things happen!!
Refresh update freezes the app
Terrible app considering the monthly cost. Half the time it doesn’t work because you have to wait to pull down and refresh the app before anything works. Absolutely ridiculous.
It’s SO useful when it works
For the most part this app is great, but it does have issues. It’s VERY slow no matter if you’re on WiFi or data, it freezes and crashes frequently- I haven’t been able to clear the notifications in days because it keeps crashing. Climate start only sometimes works, but sometimes it claims it did but never turns on.

Doesn’t work anymore
I used to love this app now the heat and ac refuse to work when I remote start. Used to work great but after several app updates it fails every time. So frustrating
Bad buttons
I’ve asked corporate before, but nobody cares. Anybody else notice the six buttons? The last one is halfway off the screen. Even a beginning programmer could fix this.
And BLUELINK is free (included) for 2024 and newer cars. Mine is a 2022 and they want to gouge me $300/year. SO RUDE. Damn corporate greed!

My new Tucson
I really, really enjoy my new SUV. My mother had a Lexus and I like mine alot more. I’m 5’11 so having headroom was a +. She drives so smooth around every corner, I like to show her in Sports mode and let loose on the backroads at times and it’s like floating in air . Would not change her for a thing. 😁

Worked well but suddenly started glitching
I love using this app it’s super convenient and easy but recently it’s been crashing and freezing I can’t even adjust settings anymore. Now it freezes opening up alerts in app. Opening the finance part and then shutting it creates an infinite loop back.
