My First Lease

Got me feeling all fancy 🥰🥰

Too slow

App is way to slow to responds

Apple Watch

ENORMOUS miss not having a complication for the watch app. Without that, it’s basically useless.

Hyundai

Excelente servicio

Constantly crashes

The app constantly crashes before you’re able to perform any action. I hope you don’t need to check alerts and activities, look at financing, or do literally anything because you’re SOL.

Charging issues

All I want to do is charge my car and I can’t. To what extent this has to do with the app I don’t know but very buggy charging

Slow and full of bugs

The functionality in this app is not bad, but frequently it crashes and I have to completely reinstall it. Also, it takes forever to bring up basic functionalities. An app should be snappy.

The notifications are not customizable enough. I get dozens of door unlocked notifications per day from when the car is parked in my driveway. I would like to ignore those, but I do care about them if I'm away and parked somewhere else. And then the app crashes when I try to clear the notifications.

There is no excuse for such poor design and implementation.

Great car. Horrible app

The Ioniq 5 is a great car, but whomever is keeping up on the bugs in their app is falling down on the job. Whenever I try to change the charging limits through the app it will not save them. Every once in awhile it will save them ( for example from the normal 80% to 90%) but it will shut off at 80% on its own. When I go back into the app it says 80%.

Please fix it.

Worst app ever

The app stopped working once we passed the border and entered Canada! The worst experience!

Simple

Love how simple the app is easy to use no hiccups very useful

Best app

Love it is very convenient

It pretends to work, but…

All sorts of difficulties logging in. When you finally get in you are exhausted.
My 6 month Palisade is alarming engine fault. When trying to schedule assistance (If you could ever get to scheduling page), it points you to a month from now!
No useful features in this app at all.
Learn from Tesla how to make a useful app that works and is useful.

App is getting worse

The app recently started giving me constant notifications for the door lock status every thirty minutes. Each update makes the app slower and harder to use

Does a lot

Does things I didn’t know great things very helpful

Cluster !!

3rd time my cluster/dash board is not working also the middle seats work half the time. Never buying one again

Love my Santa Cruz!!!!

Every time I drive my new Santa Cruz I find something else to live about it!!!

Nice App!

Of course, since it came with my Santa Cruz, I love it. But it’s not without its odd “software engineers were still at the strip-bar!” Quirks.

Number one on my list of annoyances: about the vehicle, not the App: unlike every other car I’ve ever owned, you can’t set the doors to lock while you’re in it. Instead? You gave to wait for all your passengers to get out, and then either hit the electronic switch on the handle, or hit the remote. This is goofy!

But it COULD be resolved a Recall, easily:

1. After your engineers come back, have them configure the software such that:

A) if Remote Start is requested, the truck AUTOMATICALLY locks the doors…
B). And THEN it Remote Starts.

This would save me from living my life with a frappin’ iPhone glued to my snout, and the extra 5 minutes for the App to communicate with the truck.

C’mon, this is not Rocket Science! Well… maybe it is - but either way its Common Sense. 🙂

Not a great app and should be free

Tesla app is waaaay better and free. This app is trash and is an expensive subscription for things that should be free

Conviniente

I just love everything related to this car. The app just makes it easier for me.

Get ready to login every time

It's infuriating to have to login so frequently. On my Tesla app I've only had to login once – when I installed it. Every time I want to remote start my Hyundai I have to enter a verification code and it's a frustrating experience. Even their texts and email verification codes take a few minutes to arrive. Charging % is incorrect on iPhone summary widgets. Both unacceptable for an app this large.
