Useful app

I really liked this app given the new revamp, the team deserves a raise!

People-friendly and really useful app

There is much design consideration in this app. Data inputs is streamlined effectively, functions are simple to understand and choose. There is no confusion to the user of where s/he is, what s/he is doing and what to do next. Well done!

Dear Travalet, thank you for your feedback!

Update

New update for SGAC makes more sense to choose from existing profiles rather than previous method.

Fast and Smooth

New interface for arrival card looks cleaner and makes it faster to submit arrival card. Great 👍🏻

System bug

Latest update has a bug. I’m unable to scroll down to my profile to select it. Tried refreshing the app to no avail. Had no provirus issues

Updates

Unnecessary updates that make you download the app over and over again. Especially when not in SG and you might not have data.

The website is much better than using this app.

The app has been acting up lately and keeps crashing.
The app is unstable and freezes every time I open it

Stop requiring the latest update

For an app that is essentially a browser wrapper, requiring one to update to the latest version just to submit a form is absolutely unnecessary.

Excellent convince

I travel weekly and the app allows me to fill in arrival cards in less than 30sec each time. I can do it on the way to the passport control machines. It also works perfectly for groups if you have their profiles saved. Highly recommend

Poorly designed, very inefficient

Unfortunately, you have to use either the MyICA mobile app or the SGAC e-Service website to complete an entry card prior to arrival in Singapore. The mobile app is pretty terrible and excessively inefficient.
1) If you have already filled out an entry card using the SGAC e-Service website, the app has no option for you to log in to access or edit your existing entry card. In fact, the very limited FAQ in the app tell you that you have to view the website for information about logging in to view your existing entry card, and the website says you need to log in using the app.
2) When filling out the entry card, you have to indicate your last departure city immediately prior to entering Singapore. The mobile app requires you to scroll through more than a thousand cities to select one. So if you enter Singapore from Seoul, for example, you have to scroll down past more than 1000 cities to get to the South Korea section, and then find Inchon in the dozens of South Korean cities listed. The website lets you start typing and quickly and efficiently filters the remaining options. For example, if you type SEO in the field in the website, it immediately filters out the thousands of cities and only lists Seoul.
3) If your first destination city when leaving Singapore is different from the city you arrived in Singapore from, you have to repeat the same time consuming and inefficient process. Luckily, if you are departing to the same city you arrived from, there’s a checkbox so you can skip having to do this a second time.
4) There’s no intelligence in the backend system to recognize whether you have already completed an arrival card. For example, if you filled out an arrival card on the website and then discovered that you can’t lookup or access it from the app and you create a new one in the app, it doesn’t recognize that literally every single detail you have entered is identical to an existing arrival card.

Bottom line, use the website, not the app.

Dear Bummer Toons, thank you for your valuable feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. To address a few of your points: • You can search for your past submission on the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) website and edit certain fields or simply submit a new entry. The absence of a login is intentional, designed to make the process more convenient for all travellers without the need to manage an account. • To search for cities, the mobile app does support the same search functionality as the website - typing a few letters will filter the list quickly, so there's no need to scroll through all the options. • Additionally, you can save your profile on the app to pre-fill most fields automatically, which should speed things up considerably on future trips. We are actively working on improving both the website and app to make them more intuitive and easier to use, and feedback like yours helps us prioritise what matters most to travellers. Thank you again for helping us do better.

Worst arrival form!!!

I would rate it a 0 star if I could. Shockingly inefficient way of completing this form electronically. Do better Singapore!
