even if you do the convoluted dial codes to opt out of spam you will still get dozens of spam messages from im3 themselves by the end of the month, and every single time you open the app you get a spam message no matter how many times you dismiss, the last few months it is now satspam (no i don't want to share my call history with you, never ever, even under the pretence of fighting spam, just leave me alone)

What the hell is this application? It always stuck on the logo. Never loading or just loading on the logo? I reinstalled and it's the same😩
Promo upgrade to premium makes the back button not working
Every time myIm3 starts, there is promo for customer to upgrade to premium and redirecting to browser. Im not interested, however I could not press back button. Please fix! This is not good

Tidak bisa unreg paket
Saya coba hapus paket berkali2 dari aplikasi tidak bisa. Pernah 3x sudah beli paket yg benar, saya tdk cek lg besok2nya tiba2 paket berubah. Aplikasi perlu banyak diperbaiki

Ugly, confused app
This is one of the ugliest, most confused apps I’ve ever seen. The design language is horrible, buggy and complete with annoying pop-ups plus irrelevant additions. Ugh.
Not for travelers
This company is very useless. If they spent more time making it easy to top up from an overseas bank account and not shoving promotions down your throat maybe they would be good. Every day I get spammed with text message promotions and today when I finally try to top up it seems almost impossible. I try and call customer support but get hung up when I finally go through the gauntlet of unintelligible high pitched chat bots. I finally see why people use Nomad E Sims.

Dibanding apk lain seperti myxl my tsel dsb, apk ini yg paling bikin bingung. Sempat ga nemu menu isi vouchernya dmana. Padahal apk lain menu input voucher biasanya d bagian home dan posisinya paling atas. Saya Sampai bolak balik liat tutorial d ytb.
Pas isi ulasan d apk nya pun sama aja. Saya ngetik buta soalnya papan keyboardnya menghalangi. Ga keliatan tulisannya pas ngetik. Lumayan mengganggu pengalaman pertama pakai im3 wkwk

got a sim card at the airport in bali, no idea how much data i have left or how much i have used the app says i used none.
they sell your number so you get spammed the whole time on the new number.
and the sales person at the airport went into my settings and took photos of my settings info and did other stuff i couldn’t see, abit weird.

Really, really, really bad service…

My phone is iphone 14 pro max and yet this app keeps making me log out meaning I have to log in eac time I open this app. Wosrt app ever!
Poor design
Page too crowded. Difficult to navigate and look for what you need. Credit card form expiration is just stupid.

Banyak bug, beneri itu aplikasinya (mau masuk eror, force close). So, Jgn cmn mau duit dr pelanggan saja.
