Terrible connection
This app has been nothing but issues on my iPhone ever since I bought my vehicle in the summer of 2024. I have a QX 55 2024, and whenever it gets cold outside, the app doesn’t work which defeats the purpose of having the app to be able to remote start my vehicle, it won’t lock it. It won’t remote start it. It won’t do anything not even track my car. Ridiculous. I only gave it a one star because it doesn’t allow me to do zero.

Issues
Nothing but issues with the app. Keep getting an error message and I can’t reliably start my vehicle or access documentation
Worked for a month then it quit.
Bought a new 2025 QX 80 and the app worked for a month and then cut out. I can’t use my hands-free driving without the app. I’ve had it into Infiniti multiple times and they do an update and one more part works, but I still cannot get the app to connect to the vehicle. When somebody spends a lot of money on a car, they expect it to work and this app is a joke. The hands-free driving was one of the perks as to why we bought the vehicle and not having access to that because of an app is really disappointing. If I could return this vehicle, I would.

Glitchy
Very glitchy with qx80 2025. Spins to start vehicle . Horn sounds shows unlocked doors when locked. Not reliable. Luxury vehicle and app useless
