Update: Cannot access multiple checking accounts from one login ID
Update: I discovered that you can in fact add multiple Irving Rewards Cards to the mobile app so you essentially need to create another Rewards Card account under a separate email and then attach that to a separate checking account. Then, you can add both rewards cards to the mobile app and pick between the two when filling up. Original review: While I appreciate the simplicity in using my mobile app to pay for gas at the pump with touch-to-pay, I am extremely disappointed that this app does not allow you to select different checking accounts under the same app login credentials. You have to log out of the app and log back in under a different email address that is attached to a separate checking account. That eliminates the time savings, ease of use and not having to carry separate Irving Rewards cards for those of us that wish to use this feature when filling up our personal vehicles that need to be attached to a personal checking account but yet select a business checking account when I’m fueling up my business vehicles. Other fuel companies like Sunoco Rewards allow you to have multiple checking accounts under the same app login. Irving Oil’s app should allow for the same in my opinion.

It says my username or password is invalid, but the same username & password work fine on the Irving rewards website.

Says I should have paid 3.99 a gallon, but it charged me $4.06, not sure why
Card sucks
Doesn’t accept my account and declares you have a fake name if your last name is hyphenated. Expect you to jump through hoops because they operate in the dark ages. No thank you.

App Is Not User Friendly
I have struggled to use this app! No matter what I have done it won’t take my PIN, and it doesn’t recognize my information. I’ve had to call customer service more than once and I haven’t gotten very far. If you use this app, please make sure you have someone walk you through it and set it up over the phone.

Didn’t get the discount using Irving debit.
Purchase gas via the Irving app. Price on reader board was 3.49 a gallon regular unleaded. I had an additional .13 on my account which I used. Pump came up at 3.69 a gallon before pumping. Did not get . 13 cents or 3.49 a gallon. What gives Irving debit pay? I’d add photos but review will not allow it.

Biggest scam going
This app and company lure you in with this easy app, it’s all BS stay away from this app their “easy debit pay” the whole thing puts you through so many hoops you just don’t use it and you end up paying more for gas
Does not work
Have had card for years and worked fine. Last 3 or 4 years card and program have not worked. Have connected to app and sent emails about the problem have ask for guidance every time told there is. Nothing wrong with and yet still not getting my discount I fill up my truck 3 to 4 times a week and am going to other stations now and getting a discount with there card but not the Erving card

Bad Update
Ever since the latest update the mobile pay feature doesn’t work. Attempt to pay at pump causes a SALE CANCELLED message.
Paying at kiosk with QR Code fails with a card issue but when immediately retrying it succeeds proving there is no Irving Debit Pay card link problem.

App stops working after update
This has happened twice now. They push out an update and then you can't sign in. It gives some random ER 3 error. Try again after some time. Doesn't anyone test their updates anymore.

My whole family uses Irving and we save a lot of money. I love when you get the extra bonus discount.. You can’t go wrong. The app makes it even easier to save.

Excellent and effective service with Irving Debit pay
Was nice for a few fill ups.
App stopped working as soon as Iran took a hit. Since there has been no way to get it up and running. Uninstalled/ reinstalled, checked updates. Called and the service center no help. These companies are straight up stealing our data and giving us nothing back.

I have misplaced my physical card and did not know you could pay through the app. It was great!!
