The app is really bad
Need fixing
I have problems with items in food karate it keeps in loops and doesn’t allow to complete the order when you come back to the app. Please fix it is very important. Look at Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco apps , they allow you to go back and update the basket.
What a joke…
Ordered some olives on their website a week ago. Even had to download their useless app to track it because it doesn’t give you any option on their website for tracking your orders ! And it was still on collecting mode! They sent me an email saying “ unavailable in stocks, so we had to hold back your order. If for any reason we are unable to obtain this, we will have to proceed with issuing a refund for it” WHAT A JOKE! Asked a refund because I don’t have time for them to find an olive tree obviously….what a scam! If you don’t have it in your stocks then say so on your payment screen before you charge people! REFUND MY MONEY!

Missing items in my order
I recently made quite a big order with them and immediately encountered many issues.
Almost half of the items I ordered didn’t make it to the packaging stage so they told me if be refunded.
What’s the point in having products listed if you don’t have them in stock .
At checkout you can choose the date you want your order to be delivered but it’s pointless since they delivered mine 6 days before the day I choose and then I open my box and I find that half of the items are missing on top of the ones I was told about via email .
I spent £100 and got less than £50 worth of stuff.
I feel scammed and played , please stay away!!!
