App doesn’t work on iPhone
Did the recent update for the app for my iPhone 13 and I can no longer access any of my account information. I can see the total, but I cannot click on any/all options.

Great app since update
Since the major update, this is now very easy to use. Easily provides account details along with the ability to simply transfer money. Solid mobile experience
Needs work - scroll busted
Scroll on top movers broken. Besides the application being outdated there are many poorly coded features.

Classify Transactions
The app allows me to see the transactions in our accounts but never lets me classify them so they almost always appear as miscellaneous. I would really want something that lets be budget appropriately.
Not up to par with other services - frustrating
Overall the application is not up to the level of other banking and investing applications.
Security it is lacking 2FA outside of outdated SMS. The login function is implemented improperly and doesn’t attempt another login using Face ID after being backgrounded which requires additional taps.
It doesn’t match my phones theme and always in light mode (no dark mode)
Interface itself is outdated
Updating is not streamed and requires pulling down to refresh.

We need a widget
Firstly, we need an at-a-glance widget so we don’t have to constantly login to see our portfolio. Secondly, the UI needs polish. But let’s get that widget.
Like the new look, but fewer features
The long overdue revamp was welcome. However, it’s now impossible to find transactions. Perhaps they’re trying to hide their high fees? 🤔
Totally useless
This app is beyond difficult to use. No way to see everything at a glance, which is what most users want. I can’t believe anyone could find this app version useful.
Doesn’t work
New App does not work. Spinning circle that never ends. Pretty disappointing
Terrible update
I don’t know who thought today’s update (June 15 2020) was a good idea but this update is almost useless. I cannot make transfers today that were “easy” before. This new version does not allow for landscape view on an IPad Pro. Terrible.
New APP
Need better techs writing programs. Can’t open, piece of junk.
Disappointed
Very disappointed to be forced to update. Can no longer change screen orientation, see decent overview of my accounts or log in using Touch ID. Janney took an app that I was very satisfied with and made it worse in every way.
Needs update desperately
For a company managing millions of dollars, they need to invest on a better app. In fact, this is not even an app as it is a mirror of their website. I want to do market research and more, but the app’s poor construction and interface. Let’s not even mention that this app is 2 yrs old and not optimized to current phones. Please! Get to it!

Not built on RWD
Still horrible, just like the fees and service. Third rate technology and more importantly security.
Very fast app but one problem, iPad.
Very impressed on all the information you can retrieve. Jumping from one item to the next is very good but as stated before, I opened a “statement” the file popped open in about a second but now you’re stuck. Cannot go back at all. Closing the app doesn’t help. A reboot of the iPad is needed. The version is one year old so hopefully an upgrade is soon coming.

One of the best financial reporting portals that I’ve ever seen. Point and click cash movement capabilities from outside banks and other financial institutions. Consolidated asset listing and active management listings from other outside financial institutions through the “My Net Worth” tool. Allows for always up-to-date financial listings. Definitely a must in today’s fast-paced financial world.
