At first I could easily raise a service request through the app, when the service was down, but now the AI keeps circling around without giving me correct answers and I can’t even raise a service request.
I do not want to call them because the agents also make me go through the same thing even though I have completed the steps to get it back online. I called because I need a service request raised, but they just keep wasting my time.

Worst WiFi Installation Experience Ever
I applied for Jio WiFi, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. It took them 15 days just to show up, despite constant follow-ups and calls.
When they finally came, they refused to provide the necessary wiring and told us to arrange everything ourselves. That’s basic installation—why is the customer responsible for it?
This is extremely poor service and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and go with a provider that actually delivers what they promise
