Stupid app gives you invalid data format when entering email address, so you can’t sign up

This application is very useful for people who are travelling and require translation to communicate with local people
Terrible Experience- No Support-No Access to Premium
I bought these headphones to be able to translate into the advertised languages. Upon receiving my headphones, the right earbud not work. Being in the first 30 days Amazon replaced them. Upon downloading the app and attempting to translate into German I learned only English Spanish and French are available. Even when you’re going to subscriptions and being willing to pay the 2..99 Sterling pounds- the system does not allow it. Then i downloaded the Mymanu Community App which once downloaded says “App is no longer supported”…
Next, let’s talk about sound quality. The earbuds. Take phone calls and play music just fine- however, do not expect to be able to hear the deeper tones in music… these are not your buds for music fans the experiencer will be dissatisfied. Almost no bass. Think of your car stereo be tuned for only vocals.
I will be returning this product for the following reasons
1- false advertising they do not 37 languages… if you cannot access it as the consumer and it is not available, you should not be marketing it.
2- ZERO and I mean zilch nada zip NOTHING as far as user support. Solution- buy a nice set of Beats or Bose headphones and use Google Translate App for free.
This product is a bait and switch.

Awful
Purchased the Clik S so I could use them to translate Greek to English.
The site tells me I need to purchase a premium plan to do this. The site however, does not tell me HOW to do this instead, it just repeatedly tells me I need to purchase a premium plan.
Here’s the deal: I want a premium plan.
I have messaged, emailed and instant chatted to no avail.
Will be sending the Clik S’ back if I don’t get a response.

Good translator but needs more updates
Overall I like the speed of the application. I recently bought the Clik S earbuds because of the speed and quality of the translation. However, the application could use some updates. First, you have to hold the button on the phone or on the headset to talk. It would be nice to have the option to tap once to begin and tap again to stop. This certainly should be an option for the earbuds. My one complaint is the app always crashes when I try to subscribe for the premium features. You would think the company would be fixing this. It make me wonder if this project has been abandoned. I do not see a lot of activity from the company. I am not sure they are still supporting things. Time will tell. I hope they continue.

Crashing
Looks interesting. Wanted to try on trip to Holland, but the language is premium and app crashes every time I try to subscribe.
Translation is really slow
The hardware is amazing! The software on the other hand for translation needs help. The speed of translation when using it as one on one is painfully slow. Translation accuracy is hilarious. I used it to speak with our Latin grandmother and it couldn’t handle the conversation. I expected some variation but not 3 word sentences that were random words. Fox the speed and translation on the one to one and this could be game changing. I would like to see option to download dictionary for faster translation.

What a joke. £150 Per Year to use these earbuds.
Just arrived today. Yes the product is 50/50. But you have to pay £150 per year to speak to my girlfriend in Thailand as they say this is Premium. So unfortunately of no use to me. Plus they will not give a return address or the chatter line all of a sudden goes down on you.

Best app for translations
Update: since the 14.4 update the app no longer will speak the translations of all the languages. I have the full unlocked version and only a few languages are speaking the translation now. There was nothing wrong before the last update.
I have been using this app for a while and it has come in handy. It is very fast and really accurate in the translation. I highly recommend getting this app.

The translator is helpful if you want to write information or interpret material from any language to any other language or have friends around the world you want to talk to. I really like.
This App is like Science Fiction
The most amazing feature was being able to send a message in a group and all my messages was translated to everyone magically before my eyes just like something from a science fiction movie. This app is amazing!
