Terrible App
Stupid app gives you invalid data format when entering email address, so you can’t sign up

This application is very useful for people who are travelling and require translation to communicate with local people
Terrible Experience- No Support-No Access to Premium
I bought these headphones to be able to translate into the advertised languages. Upon receiving my headphones, the right earbud not work. Being in the first 30 days Amazon replaced them. Upon downloading the app and attempting to translate into German I learned only English Spanish and French are available. Even when you’re going to subscriptions and being willing to pay the 2..99 Sterling pounds- the system does not allow it. Then i downloaded the Mymanu Community App which once downloaded says “App is no longer supported”…
Next, let’s talk about sound quality. The earbuds. Take phone calls and play music just fine- however, do not expect to be able to hear the deeper tones in music… these are not your buds for music fans the experiencer will be dissatisfied. Almost no bass. Think of your car stereo be tuned for only vocals.
I will be returning this product for the following reasons
1- false advertising they do not 37 languages… if you cannot access it as the consumer and it is not available, you should not be marketing it.
2- ZERO and I mean zilch nada zip NOTHING as far as user support. Solution- buy a nice set of Beats or Bose headphones and use Google Translate App for free.

Awful
Purchased the Clik S so I could use them to translate Greek to English.
The site tells me I need to purchase a premium plan to do this. The site however, does not tell me HOW to do this instead, it just repeatedly tells me I need to purchase a premium plan.
Here’s the deal: I want a premium plan.
I have messaged, emailed and instant chatted to no avail.
Will be sending the Clik S’ back if I don’t get a response.
Useless customer service.
