Very misleading
I purchased a yearly myKidzDay membership after being shown an impressive demo by Kelly, who made the app sound professional and supportive for childcare providers. Once I started using it, I quickly realized the app did not function as presented. It was limited in features, not user-friendly, and my daycare families disliked it.
Kelly mentioned that their team would help set everything up, but I ended up doing it all myself. I have call logs and messages showing she did very little, despite claiming she invested her time. When I reached out within just two days to request a refund — or even a partial one — she said she would “check with the board.” It became clear this was just a delay tactic, since she herself makes the decisions. She never followed up.
I reached out politely multiple times by voicemail and text, but instead of professionalism, I was told I was “harassing” her. It’s clear this company is not interested in true customer satisfaction — it was easy money for them once payment was made.
If you value honesty, transparency, and good support, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. myKidzDay is not what it appears to be.

I switched over from writing daily reports to using this app and I absolutely love it. The parents love it as well. It makes everything so simple.

This app makes it easier on directors as well as parents to stay in contact with updated throughout the day.
User Friendly and Efficient
It makes my day as a provider so much smoother and easier. Parents can check in on their kiddo without disrupting the days schedule and we can cut down on lengthy pick ups and drop offs because everything gets communicated in real time!
Best Childcare app
MyKidzDay is the most user friendly app for earlycare providers. Love the parent messaging and picture video/sharing features. It saves my staff a lot of time and parents Re very happy and satisfied. Administrative features are the best I have seen in any other software. Full billing and expense tracking system makes it a truly all in one solution suited for all childcare programs ranging from family cares to large chains with multiple locations. Highly Recommend!!

Love myKidzDay app
I love myKidzDay app. It is so easy to use and very affordable. Attendance tracking and parent messaging are my favorite features. I am starting to use the payment and expense tracking and I have a feeling that doing taxes next year will be so easy with the reports from myKidzDay.

Complete program a must have for professionals
This program has everything you need from automation, messaging, attendance, and more! The parents love the QR code sign in and it makes for less paperwork for us. One of the best things about the app is the customer service. You are answered right away and Kelly always takes her time to help you understand the functions of the app. I recommend this app for everyone looking to save time and have complete family information in one place.

myKidzDay has helped me go completely paperless!! i do all my registrations online in myKidzDay and manage parent inquiries and waitlist. All of the parent communication goes through myKidzDay. i even send invoices, track payments and expenses on myKidzDay. No more paper!! I am saving money and building enrollment using myKidzDay.

Easy to use
Incorporating the App at our company was very smooth! Mykidzday provides staff training and lots of tech support. Kelly has been great to work with and very knowledgeable to walk me through our start up and many questions. Our staff picked it up right away and families love it! We were able to incorporate our child portfolios into the app and customize the daily sheets to each classrooms needs.

I have been using myKidzDay app for over 3 years now and it keeps getting better. I love the parent messaging and the easy touchless attendance tracking. Now they have added payment and expenses tracking. My tax filing was a breeze this year with myKidzDay!

Great tool to communicate with parents
As a daycare teacher I absolutely love this app! It helps me communicate with the parents. I am able to share daily activities, communicate about upcoming events, and even remind them of supplies needed for the week. Sign in/sign out is so easy with the QR scan and Customer service is responsive. The parents love it too!
