You would think that a university that has such an excellent online degree program would have an excellent online app to match. NOT SO!!
This is the crappiest app I have ever encountered and trust me I have a great many apps on my phone. This app is slow, unresponsive, and you cannot easily get to your portal.

Still doesn’t work. Useless.
Pretty good facelift
It’s stable and has a clean interface listing everything out. My only takeaway from it being a 5 star is that most of the links are external; they take me to my web browser and demands me to login there.

IT. needs work
This app does not open blackboard classes and it all glitches on my iPad 12. On my apple phone it will not work either.
Black board problem
It’s not working, it just freezes. Please fix it before class starts!
Freezing
The app always gets stuck and the icons do not work consistently. If you encounter any issues, delete the app and re-download it the next day.

Constantly Freezes
I was warned by others that this app does not work and was “glitchy” but I decided to give it a try anyways. Sure enough, the app freezes every time I try to log in. When it freezes, you have to restart the app. If I manage to input my information before it freezes, it tells me “invalid credentials” even though I input everything correctly. The app needs to be restructured completely.

Doesn’t work anymore
It used to work, and it was great for getting onto blackboard and my school email! Now there’s bugs and it just freezes.
Much better
Finally, an app for ULV that is actually worth downloading! Very nice graphic user interface, hasn't crashed so-far, and presents data well. Great job and thank you ULV for investing in something functional for us, the students!
