Have used this app twice but no longer. Each time it took them three times as long to arrive as it said it would. Also you have to pay before finding out how far they are

As a company, we used the taxi app for the first time today, and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The app was easy to navigate, and we were able to book a ride quickly. The driver arrived on time, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. What really stood out was that the driver was of a better standard compared to our experiences with other companies. Unlike some other companies' drivers who often asked for the postcode, this driver seemed well-prepared. It made us realize what a professional taxi driver should be like. Plus, the best part was that we got all of this at a more affordable price. We're now switching to this service as our go-to choice.
