Bad app

The NFC reader is terrible at picking up my card

A mess

Have to login every time, have to load my card every time. An absolute state of an experience.

Worked briefly for a couple of months in 2024

Even though the app effectively takes money out of my bank account when I purchase a ticket, it is never loaded on the Zonecard and thus the card stays unusable. When contacted, customer support said it was my fault, and never offered a refund or an apology. Strangely enough this app sort of worked when it was launched in 2024. Don’t know what happened since 🤷🏾‍♂️

Worst app I’ve ever used

Truly abysmal. Not only do you need to login each time you use the app (sometimes manually as it doesn’t always work with wallet passwords) but the app sometimes gets stuck (if you view the zone map in app) and needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work. Considering the cost of my Zonecard has increased by around 70% because of the recent zone changes, it would at least have been good to have an app that actually works.

Truly abysmal app

Anyone who worked on this app should be ashamed of themselves. Why do I have to login every time I use it? Oh, and also it charged me 5 times for the monthly ZoneCard, very nicely taking an extra £460 from my account. Con artists.
