beautiful but buggy
keeps logging me out every other day and i have to recreate a pin. it’s due to the privacy laws or some timeout but we use this app every day and it is frustrating for both me and my kid every other day i have to login and set up a new pin like i just installed the app from scratch come on i even sent you feedback nobody responded
apart from that the idea is awesome the app is great to use and the graphics are just the best and i’m proud to be a Victorian
all is great but the constant logging in is the issue that is described heavily in the reviews please address or explain why this is the case if we knew why i assume most people would understand if it’s a security thing

App broken
Constant error when trying to sign in deleted and reinstalled doesn’t fix it cannot sign in at all
Absolutely rubbish.
I've had two children (go through two years each of using this app). The constant logging out of from this app with practically every update is ridiculous. After 5 years of using it I'm over it. Thank God my son gets his learners in three weeks and then I'll never have to use this stupid app again.

Like our roads….shocking to access!!!
I currently have two learner drivers in the family and each time they complete a drive and you need to verify their drive, You click on the notification to verify their drive via the app & it wants you to re-login every time. Then it will say you need to verify your login and you have to wait for a verification code. You were given three minutes to use that verification code and it never comes within that . So you click on the resend button and about 10 minutes you start getting all the verification codes. Then you need to set a new password . Then you’re able to access the app again and verify their drives. You have to do this every single time one of your drivers completes a drive.

WORST APP EVER MADE!
Every time I load this app up there is a brand new bug to make sure my experience is worse than the last time I used it. It’s actually incredible that someone managed to create such a dysfunctional horrible experience for learners.
If you have any other option please avoid the MyLearners app at all costs.

Horrible
Recorded all my hours on this app just for the day of my drivers test to roll around and find out that its not an official app! So now i have to wait another 3 weeks and i have to put all of these hours into a logbook before i can do it again, take this off the app store
Just not good
I mean it’s nice to have a dedicated app to log instead of manually writing it but the app is super buggy and it auto logs you out and every drive I get this error B-1400 “You can only log drives if the date on your phone is chosen by your network.
If you made a manual change to your date, then you'll need to set it back to automatic.” My date and time is automatic and I have to turn off all my wifi and data then turn it back on to submit its annoying

Keeps logging me out
Why does this keep making me re-login every day or two and rest my pin etc? Please enable FaceID for logins and please leave me logged in and stop making me login so regularly. This app sucks! Pity I have to rate it as one-star as zero-stars would be more appropriate.

Keep asking me to login
Every couple of days, I need to login to the app again, and create the 6 digits passcode again. There is no Face ID feature.
Inconvenient
Constantly logged out of app. Need to set a passcode every time I login.
Can’t even create an account
We have downloaded the app and it continues to advise of an error every time we try and set up the code. Fix it!!

Can’t even sign in past the pin, so I can’t even use the app and now I’m stuck. Ridiculous, update it’s been more than two weeks still the same issue, I got an email about my original review saying to consult with their tech/support team, however when emailing them with exact details I think it’s safe to say they’re not going to get back to me since it’s been a little over a week, I find this absolutely absurd since these are the people that are in charge of our roads seriously, I think I might have to do my drivers test in person waiting in lines and most likely failing my first test having to do it all over again instead of just doing it in my room being actually comfortable, ridiculous.

Cant even log in
I have just downloaded this app and it wont even let me get past making a passcode to get into the app it repeatedly says theres an error with the servers my phones up to date on everything and the app is up to date.
Fix the Sign out issue
Every time a drive is sent for my review, I’m signed out when I tap on the notification. It’s annoying.

Updated: iPhone latest update to 26.4.1 seems to have fixed re-login issue. Haven’t used much since update tho……

Log out issue
The app logs out multiple times per day and then makes you not only enter your username and password, but also authentication code, and then create a new app code every time. It is absolutely infuriating. Please fix this issue.

Most incompetent login function
One for the worst implementation of login. 3 years on with my second kid learning to drive, they still can’t get the login right. What is the point of setting up a pin if they kept asking you to login again. Now, they want to do biometrics login.
