An unknown error has occurred

Get used to seeing this phrase, as you will see it a lot when you try to log in. Restarting your phone doesn’t make any difference and you just have to wait for an indeterminate amount of time until it is miraculously fixed.

The option to purchase your child’s record is just as bad, £37.50 for a memory stick, plus £5.60 shipping that they send out in a tiny Jiffy bag with a first class stamp that isn’t sufficient postage so you have to waste your time collecting / paying the extra.

This app is run by the same people as the nursery my children went to (nursery was fab), so we had no choice but to use it, but others are far better to use and far better value for the end product.

Keeps crashing and not updating

Every time I click the app recently it crashes and chucks me off so I cannot access it at all. Before this, the nursery were updating the profile daily however I could never see what they were posting! Not great unfortunately.

Not updating

My sons nursery update his profile daily. It’s been three weeks and still they haven’t shown on my page? Is there a way of fixing this?

No longer working

Whether I try and log in or request a new password, it just says ‘an unknown error has occurred’. We’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing seems to work.

It’s been 2 months and there has been no fix. It’s so angering because we are missing out on seeing our sons activities at nursery. Same issue plagues my husband. We are really gutted and annoyed.

Doesn’t work

I used to enjoy seeing my children’s progress at nursery however the app no longer works and just constantly says “an unknown error has occurred”

still did not received the login details

I contacted the nursery about my account details in order to check what my son is doing at nursery, it is been 3weeks and u still didn't send the login details. such a shame

I’ve found a bug

Love the app but my uploads have merged with the nursery updates. Hope it’s just a bug that’ll be fixed.

More work needed

Looks awful on iPad. Video resolution and compression gives you a close to unacceptable result.

Cropped pictures

Uploaded images are cropped in the preview, and even more so when we open them, without any option to zoom in and out. It’s a shame as they show full size on mylearningbook on PC (still without any option to zoom in).

I used to love this app but no longer works

I used to love this app for keeping up to date with my kids at nursery. It was so easy on my phone. Now it constantly says an “unknown error” has occurred when I try to log in. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again several times but nothing seems to work.

Latest update not great

I can no longer read all the comments my daughter’s key person has written in the app; the thumbnail preview is fine but when I click on it to view the whole post there is just a blank white space where the text should be. Extremely frustrating.

Update: now fixed after full phone restart, thanks!

Edit: 3 days later and the text has disappeared again. Restarting my phone has not resolved the issue this time!

Very Sluggish

I find the app very sluggish when selecting the days to read and selecting menus

Cannot log in

Tried logging in with my email and correct password it won't let me in. Requested password change I don't get a link to do so. I tried a different email address and it comes up as error

Logged in. Cuts out!

Can you resolve this issue. I have an active account usually accessed from the internet. Got this app. Logged in. When you hit “select child” the whole app crashes. Can you resolve?

Stopped working

I’ve kept this app updated however it no longer allows me to upload home content.
