Can’t get the 7 day trial notice to go away
I purchased the full version and now I cannot access anything because the free trial notice won’t go away. The notice even acknowledges that I paid for the full version and yet, there’s no way to remove the notice to actually access the program.
Won’t Log In After Purchase
I’ll happily update if I can ever login. Purchased in app and credit card was charged. It says my trial has expired and I get a blue check mark where the “Buy” button used to be. I see others have had similar issues. I really liked the trial but if I can’t use it is worthless. It’s been over a week with no support response. Please fix!!!!! UPDATE: Developer contacted me and I sent my information… will update again when access is restored.

I got double charged for this app: on June 9 & June 11, 2023
The support page has been removed for this app! I was charged $26.68 on June 9th for this app. When I went to begin using it a few minutes ago, I got a pop up screen saying my trial account would expire in 4 days. I tried to “restore purchase” to make the pop up screen disappear but instead was just charged another $26.68. I bought this app on June 9, 2023 for $26.68 to help me with keeping my motions and documentation in order only to have pop up window counting down the days until my trial version expires, and when I tried to close the pop up window, I was charged another $26.68 on June 11, 2023. Talk about padding “billable hours” LOL… If i don’t laugh I’ll just get my bp up. Will the developers please fix this there billing issues? I read through previous reviews and comments and it appears there’s been ongoing billing problems with this app. I would like a refund please.

Defective App Don’t Buy
As others also have reported, after purchasing the full version of the app (for $26) it continues to limit you to a 7 day trial version that then expires. Two inquiries and requests for tech support remain unanswered.
