Can’t even register

This is just what I need. HOWEVER, I can’t even get registered. For several days now I’ve tried to register and it just spins. Useless

App is not working at all!

I can’t even get past the 2nd page! The app crashes and closes. I’m going to request a refund.

Can't Log In

I registered for this app yesterday. I have tried to log in several times since then. However, whenever I attempt to login, I get a message that the server is down.

I’m unable to access the app support options. When I click on the link, I got a message that I’m forbidden to access that site.

I hope someone from the IT department sees this review and sends me suggestions on how I can log into this app.

Privacy Policy & End User License Agreement

I find it very odd that the developer has not responded to my inquiry about why the Privacy Policy & End User License Agreement display as blank pages when you download the app and attempt to sing up. It’s been about 10 days and still is not fixed. Makes me reluctant to sign up if it’s that difficult to get a response from the developer.

Tech issues? Too bad.

So - you load all the critical info into this app. You might need it urgently. Have a tech issue? Too bad. “I’ll take a message but you might not hear back until next week.”

So helpful to caregivers!

This app is such an amazing resource! It provides storage for all you’re family’s health information in one place, kids, spouses, parents and anyone you may be providing caregiving to. It provides lots of information to answer any caregiving questions. But most important, it’s easy to use!

Where were you when I needed you?!

MYLO, where were you when I needed you? I just stumbled across this app and I sure wish I’d had access to it years ago when I was taking care of my mother in the last year of her life. It would have been incredibly helpful to have an intuitive and well-thought out app like this to help keep track of all the bits and pieces of information that I needed during those pressure-filled months. But I’m glad to have it now for me and my husband.

Great product!

Not long after I uploaded my health and legal data, I needed fast access and got it easily. Before this I had information on papers - now I got what I needed to my family and to my doctors. Will be recommending this to all my Geriatric Care Management clients.

Garbage

Does not allow you to register because you didn’t put in a “userType” but it never asks for a user type. Inexcusable for an app to be launched with that glitch

Unable to sign up

Just purchased this product but will not allow registration as a new user. Get error message stating “select usertype” but no option available. Who do I contact to address or to obtain refund? Great idea but doesn’t work.
