Wasted my time
First of all when I purchased the watch band id there was no mention of costs. Irritating but not a deal breaker. Inputting health information.is however. The rollers for correct dates for onset do not work. Everything I have apparently has an onset date Dec 1969. Unable to change year. I gave up Now I have a useless id band on the way Paid for nothing!! When will I learn

A Few Issues
First, it does not fit on a standard size Apple watch wrist band. Second, although you can list medical conditions, there is no place to list prescription medications.
Doesn’t sync with Apple Health
UPDATE 16/08/26: After not having used this app in a while now out of frustration, I rechecked the Apple Health sync and it is now syncing my records correctly. Thank you.
Support response time is slow and two weeks later, I’m no closer to properly utilizing this service. I’ve gone around with Support, now they want to escalate it to engineers. I’m an IT engineer myself with a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max on iOS 26. The product should work as intended, not be an exercise in frustration for the end user.

False reporting
It falsely said that it scanned one of my tags at 11:15 pm and my family called me immediately in a panic and worried. Both of my tags were atleast 30 ft from any device capable of scanning them at the time this occurred
