Game changer for performance management!
The myLQA app is easy to use and our team loves using it to do self assessments. Registration bit can be tricky, but otherwise the app is great. Love being able to read through all of the previous LQA reports from my phone.
Useful
In its current form I find it really useful for self-assessments and tiered action plans. The report writer function works well so I can build my own standards to test other areas (e.g. Maintenance Request). The app also gives me access to the assessment data when I’m not in my office, particularly useful for owner meetings and with HODs if I need to double-check numbers.
