I can’t even get the app to work at all on my devices! Luxottica needs to work on this!

The app rarely works, if ever. When it does it is not very user friendly as far as ordering, searching, and processing a frame warranty. Don’t waste your time and just call

Only reason I have this downloaded is for warranties. Complete garbage app. You’d think the multi billion dollar business that is Essilor/Luxottica would be able to make a decent app.
Can’t even search for warranties on frames. Makes you use some crap filter system instead of model numbers.
